      Had my car fixed a few weeks ago and now its doing the same thing it did before they fixed it. It's like they fixed it enough so that when I use the miles the warranty expires. This is **** They need to fix or take it back. I'm fed up with how they take advantage of a person. The salemen told me nothing was wrong with it. I've had it two months and it's just falling apart I don't feel safe and they don't want to help me.

      The service department here is terrible! Stay away if you don’t want a headache. The first time we brought our vehicle here for repair we had to bring it back to them as they didn’t complete the job. When we brought it back they fixed their mistake. Now we brought our car back to them 9 months later for a different issue on the car and they said they fixed the issue by clearing some codes for the check engine light. No they didn’t fix the issue! They just cleared some codes! Next morning the check engine light came back in so I had to schedule to bring the car back yet again! This time we brought the car in early morning yesterday as was scheduled. They shut the car off and the check engine light went off according to Shara. They couldn’t get the check engine light back on yesterday when they were supposed to diagnose and fix the issue. Didn’t get a call until later afternoon and 10 minutes before Shara was leaving for the day to tell me this. Left the car over night which is a huge inconvenience for me and now today it’s past noon. I haven’t heard anything from them yet, have a call and voicemail into Shara already a few hours old today, and still haven’t received a call back about my car. I called to offer them my own time to drive the car to get the check engine light back in again for them and still no answers or call back. My app tells me when the check engine light comes on, and I haven’t gotten that notification since dropping it back off to them again. They need to get better at calling their customers back and better serving their customers there. I have a few friends that had garbage service at this same location as well. Horrible service!

      Do not purchase a VW Taos, They have a mechanical flaw and the dealer ship can not repair because VW has not given them a cheap way to repair this recall. While they say it is not a safety issue that the car speeds up and you loosing control turning corners, but one of these times I will be wrapped around a telephone pole. VW's answer was if you do not feel safe driving your brand new vehicle with 5000 miles you should not drive it until VW comes up with a recall. Really !!!!!!!. Also the engine light stays on - then I take it into the garage and they reset the light for it to go on again in less than 2 weeks. But that is also OK because the light is not flashing. How am I suppose to know when it is something important if the light is always on.
