We researched mattress companies and dealers and decided to return to Biltrite because they are a knowledgeable, family owned business that stands behind the products they offer. Our sales rep JD was great, he knew the products, wasn’t pushy and offered us wonderful service and information. We purchased a top quality mattress and understood all the requirements for delivery and purchase as explained by Jeanne, a friendly and efficient customer representative.

Char was an excellent salesperson. She really looked hard for what I wanted. She was not pushy and gave me time to think about what I wanted to purchase. Our sales person, Anthony, in mattresses was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest with his remarks about the mattress we were purchasing. We had a great experience when looking for a bed at Biltrite furniture with help from Ruth. She helped me find the exact correct mattress set. Kyle & Carmillo delivered the mattress on the date and time set for us and called to let us know the exact time with a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived as promised.
