      Kind, quick, & out the door in less than 10 minutes! I brought in watches with high sentimental value over 25 years old. They replaced the watch batteries with care, not scratching the engravings, for a very reasonable price. The woman who helped me, Jackie, was kind & knowledgeable. Will be back!

      Very disappointed in the stores return policy. I bought a necklace on Saturday and decided it was not for me by the next day. They are closed Sunday and Monday So I came back in Tuesday to return it. While trying to return it, they pointed out on the back of the receipt that all sales are final in faint lettering and that I can exchange it. I feel like it would’ve been nice to have known that all sales are final before buying. The owner said I should have known because they have had this policy for 22 years even though this was my first time in the store

      *****- We don't hide our, All Sales are Final, no return policy. We have our, All Sales are Final on all our documentation including your sales receipt. I know you stated you have bought things other places and returned them and that's okay if that's how other places want to do business. We prefer to only sell new, non-worn jewelry and this is why we decided to have a no return policy. Some places let customers wear ********************** for 7-90 days and then return it and then the next customer is buying a used piece of **********************. As a company we have decided the no return policy is best for our customers in insure, new, unused, high quality jewelry with no wear.

      I took in a watch that had a lot of sentimental value and they did a amazing job buffing it out and making it look like brand new so that I was able to give it to my son! They did it at a very reasonable price and they had it done before they said they'd have it done...

      If I could give zero, I would. Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought 6 watches into The Jewelry Center (Greenfield) for battery replacements because their website advertised that they service Invicta watch batteries. Four of the six watches were Invicta brand. I was dealing with the owner and the battery replacements were done within a day. A few days after I brought them home, I noticed one of the watch second hands wasn't moving and there was some handwriting on the tag that stated "autom". I called the store and spoke to a woman who was very rude to me and told me to google what autom means. Apparently it means that the watch doesn't operate on a battery. I asked her why I was charged a battery replacement for a watch that doesn't require a battery, and she said that I was helped by the owner and since he deals with diamonds and jewelry, that he couldn't have made a mistake. I was going to have to bring all the watches back in order to clear this up. I did so, and when I started to describe the situation, the owner, Dean, interrupted me and told me to "get to the point". I told him that I was charged for four Invicta battery replacements and only received three. He picked up a different watch and said that one was the automatic. That wasn't even the watch I was questioning, so it turns out I was charged for two replacements that were not done. He then stated that "he was just helping me out, and didn't have to change those batteries". I remind you, this wasn't a favor. It was an agreed upon exchange of goods and services for money. No apology, just refunded my money for the two battery replacements that were never done. Buyer beware!

      ********* is exactly correct. She brought in 6 preowned watches that I thought she was going to resell, and she needed batteries and some small repairs on one. Once we looked at the watches closer, we made a note to let the customer know they are Automatic watches (no battery needed). We also made a separate note on a post it note reflecting the qty of watches to charge for. Apparently, the note was not attached to the job when ********* came into pick up the watches, and we did accidently over charge ********* for two of the watches. ********* called the store and talked to someone and that was also communicated to me as I was on a call. I suggested the only way I can explain the Automatic and show her which are which, is for her to bring them in. ********* came into the store and was upset because she had to bring them back and was upset with the lady on the phone- I understand that- we assumed she knew what automatics were because she said she was reselling them. Obviously, she was not happy, once greeting her I mentioned to her that we usually don't get involved in these situations and I probably should have stayed away from this one. We did agree to do the jobs, as she says we did, but the mistake was we charged for 2 watches we didn't do. Our mistake wasn't intentional and full credit was given back to the customer.Probably best she does her batteries next time somewhere else as we are just not a good fit.

      I have a Curren watch that local jewelry stores could not repair or one had it sent off to their creditable repairs company. The watch came back without the waterproof protection nor did the repair last long. So, I found RepairTJC affter discovering they are a Curren service provider/repair store and they sent me a postagee free label to send the watch to them. I did and it came back great condition, they even offered to replace the crystal glass and polish it, but I just needed it to work and reattach the gold hour tab that came loose and they did. Even though the battery died after a few weeks, when I contacted them they said send it back free of cahrge because they also send a free return label if anything happens in shipping! AWESOME! And again I returned it and they fixed the battery issues and fixed another tab that came off also! This is a great company to have your watch repaired regardless of what brand of watch you have, they can fix it!@ They have my total trust in repairs!!! I will be posting this company on all review sites cause they did a awesome job that others could not!!

      My initial experience with this business was extremely disappointing. The saleswoman I encountered during my visit was not only rude but displayed clear prejudice, seemingly due to my race and appearance. Despite being a paying customer, she treated me with disdain every time I visited. Despite this treatment, I still placed an order for a tie pin. I offered to pay in cash upon ordering, and she told me No. When I went to pick it up and pay, I was informed that my order was not available and that I shouldve paid before - which contradicts what I was told. Both the saleswoman and the manager were unapologetic and continued to give me attitude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, he not only dismissed my concerns but laughed in my face, refusing to provide me with my item or even accept my business. This level of disrespect and discrimination is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

      ****** ordered a tie pin from ********************** in October of 2023. Our sales specialist didn't ask for any money down with the order because she took ****** at his word and trusted that he would come back to pick it up in a timely manor. The sales associate that special ordered this for him with no money down in October helped him on Saturday, Feb 24th 2024 also, she mentioned that she called three separate times over the the 4 months from when we ordered the pin for him. All 3 separate times when she called, ****** said he would be in to pick it up and never came in. After the 3rd no show over 4 months we sent the merchandise back to our vendor for credit. ****** wanted us to reorder again but we passed on the business. The comments on race/discrimination in our store are absolutely false and ridiculous to even insinuate. We tried doing business with ****** but you decide what you would do in our position when he didn't show up 3 times over a 4 month period to pick up his order. Thank you!
