      My husband took his Victorinox Swiss Army watch in for a new battery on Saturday August 19, 2023. He always replaces the battery before it stops working so he's always got a working watch. The woman who was at the counter took his watch to replace the battery and said it would be about a half hour. My husband returned in a half hour and she told my husband the watch doesn't work. He told her it was working fine when he took it off his wrist and handed it to her. He said, "What did you do to it?" She asked him if it was working when he brought it in and he told her yes, it was working he was wearing it. She went to the "jeweler" with the watch, a half hour later the jeweler came out and told my husband "it doesn't work". My husband asked, "What did you do to it?" The jeweler offered my husband a different watch. My husband refused. The jeweler offered to "fix the watch" to which my husband told him, not after your clerk broke it already. He took the watch to another jewelry store; watch repairer who took it apart and told my husband the clips holding the battery in were pushed into the coil and the coil and internal mechanism needs to be replaced. So wanting a new battery is going to cost us $95.00 plus tax.

      **************** stopped at our store with 3 watches for battery replacements and we had 4 customers waiting before him so we didn't have time to do the watches while he waited like we normally do. When he stopped back 30 minutes later only 2 of the 3 watches were working after old batteries were replaced, and he said that one was running before he dropped them off for repair. When the manager was free he looked over the watch and offered to repair the watch for free and gave **************** his other 2 watch repairs for free. **************** said he didn't want us to repair the watch and left with all 3 watches.

      Great experience. Been a customer for years, never disappointed. Worked with Mike ****** to design a ring, repair a bracelet and get parts for a pair of earrings. Always friendly and they all take great care of you. I will be back again. Worth checking them out.

      Went to the Jewelry Center and worked with Vicki not sure what was more sparkly all the beautiful jewelry they had to offer or Vicki's personality. If you are looking for a place that will treat you like family go here and ask for Vicki. She takes her time and helps you find the perfect thing!
