      I went in before 5pm with 2 balding front tires. Had 2 tires with me ready to go on. Man used ****** to show me how installing mismatched tires could mess with 4wd. Refused to install tires. Sent me away.

      I'm sorry about this issue, however it is our policy that we do not mix match tires on a 4x4 since it can cause harm to your transfer case. We even showed you that they advise that this should not be done. Our policy is that we should do it right or we shouldn't do it at all. sorry about this and have a nice day. Thank You *****
