i went into Mr. P’s as recommended by autozone. I asked for my driver side tires to be checked out because my tire pressure sensors were saying my tires were 20 which is can be dangerous for the car and I would fill them with air and the sensors wouldn’t change.. they told me my driver side rear had 2 holes and nothing about my driver side front.. After agreeing to pay $150 for a new tire for my driver side rear and for some reason pitching to me I need 3 new tires because they’re all bad but my sensors only told me 2. The guy named Paul was unable to let me say anything or ask questions without getting interrupted or yelled at and being unnecessarily vulgar adding to my frustration. (He was obviously on some heavy drugs and his demeanor made me not trust him) , before I left to let them fix the car they told me my driver front tire was perfectly fine and there weren’t any holes but they put the sealant on it anyways and I still had to pay for it .. and they tried to convince me I needed a whole new tire on that driver front prior. The guys at this place are disingenuous and deceitful. I should have asked for a refund paying for sealant they put on before teling me the diagnosis which ended up being “perfectly fine.” but they’re rolling on whatever drug that’s not weed and I knew I wouldn’t accomplish finishing a sentence with this place with how rude and loud they talk over people. Big corporations like dealerships are far more professional and trustworthy. This Mr. P’s location reflects poorly on the entire company. I’m just glad my tires are fixed now.
