I had the worse experience after making 3 trips from **************** to have a battery put in my phone i was treated with rudeness and sarcasm. Very unprofessional. I will never return. They have no one during business hours to repair cell phone. They list as authorized ******* repair. This is not true at all.

I purchased a battery for my car over 5 months ago. I used the website and my VIN. Rather than say battery not found, like other sites, the response gave me alternative batteries to select. Assuming any battery response would be a fit, I selected one. I went to the local store and brought the old one in. The *** did not notice the nodes were reversed. I took home and tried to install the battery. When I touched the leads backwards, it blew out 4 fuses and had to be towed in to be ***aired. It also blew out the amplifier for the radio and Bluetooth. After months of back and forth, I have gotten nowhere. **************** puts the customer off and hopes they will eventually quit. I have no intention of quitting this fight. Talking to the store manager, he sees it as a website/corporate issue too. Reviews like this will cost the company more than the cost of ***air to my vehicle. Following up: Still waiting for a supervisor to call to discuss. Terrible customer service

They have higher prices and take over a month to ship items. Packages lost or sitting in IL, lot of false excuses and promises. After more than a month I told them to cancel the order and i bought the same 4 batteries somewhere else online for $12 less. Day after they sent me an email that my package was out for delivery. When the **** driver arrived I told him that I refused the delivery and to return it to sender. BatteriesPlus received back the package NEVER OPENED by me or others on Feb the 28th and said that first they had to verify and check the batteries that they sent and then if they responded to quality control they would have issued a refund. Today March 5th they said that it take 15 days to VERIFY the return merchandise and that I must wait until March 15. False, false excuses to gain interest on customers money. I told them that they STINK and it is true. I had pay via ****** and today I received from them a temporary refund of $71.06 with the clause that I must return it if my case is denied. These people are EXTREMELY DISHONEST, they should be taken to court, their dirty business closed.*******

I purchased a battery for my 2020 Chevy . Thought that they should know how to install a battery, boy was I wrong big time. They installed it and my system was going crazy the cvs came on which brought up all kinds of warnings , like low fuel, brake assistant , steering assistant, and much more. Called them and they said to drive it around and it will go off. Sure I drove it back and forth from work for 4 days nothing changed. It was unsafe to drive with all those things happening with the sensor going off like that. I was thankful I made it to work and home and on Friday I decided to take it to a dealer and going there the car died 2 times had to stop and restart engine. The service guy drove it into the shop and it died on him, he said that never happened with a sensor before, and when he lifted up the hood the cables where not on tight and mentioned should of taken it to some place that knew what they were doing. I am thankful nothing bad happened driving that car around. Call and told them about it and all they said was OK.. not even a sorry. I would never recommend this place to anyone .

After I bought new batteries and returned old cores, I was supposed to receive a refund yet instead I found out that they charged me instead and no refund for cores I tried to talk with them to get the refund and they were extremely rude and told me to never call them again. Please avoid this business at all costs.

Another Lesson Learned My daughter took my iPhone to Batteries Plus in Muskegon MI to get a new battery for my phone they told her they would have to send out for it and would call when it came in. they gave her a bill of $84.00 she asked why so high and they told her anything with ***** is expensive ok...so we go back as they called said battery was in so they put battery in iPhone said to charge it ok next day I am wondering why my sound is not working went into settings and got this message Unable to determine if your iPhone battery is a genuine ***** part. This could be because your part is nongenuine, not functioning as expected, or the installation is incomplete. So I go back down to Batteries Plus to show them and he says oh that message should go away in 2 weeks I said no this tells me you did not put an ***** ***. battery in here that I paid for.. he said no we put in a after market battery I said but I paid for a ***** battery as your after market only cost $24.00 And you charged me $84.00 he said that is not true I said here is my receipt.. Then this RUDE girl comes out from back room and says if you wanted an ***** battery you should of went to an ***** store so I said so your not going to take care of this they both said no and have a nice day!!! the greed of companies to CHEAT THE CONSUMER is unbelievable plus not counting the rudeness I will NEVER go back to Batteries Plus again

I went to the Battery Plus at ***************************************************************************************** for a keyfob and key for a 2018 GMC Yukon. After an hour and a half of attempting to program a keyfob, I was informed that the keyfob from Battery Plus was not going to work because of the theft deterrant system on the vehicle. I was not told prior to the attempted programming that there was a risk that my car would become "unprogrammed". I was also not told when my original keyfob was returned to me that the theft deterrant system had been activated and also, that my original keyfob had now been erased from the vehicle. After arriving home and shutting off the Yukon, the vehicle locked up and would no longer start with the original keyfob. I have had to now tow the vehicle to the local GMC dealership, have the entire car reprogrammed and have 2 new keyfobs made. This is an out of pocket cost of approximately $1,000. To say that I am disappointed in Batteries Plus is an understatement. If the cost of this repair, which was caused by your employee, is not reimbursed to me immediately, I will be taking legal action.

They advertise Dewalt Batteries and send you knock offs. Then don't return your calls or emails.
      Crooks!!!
