As a 4th year customer I have been highly impressed with the service I have received for my RO system, special shout out to Caleb! They have been prompt, very courteous, neat and highly knowledgeable. Totally satisfied with my experience with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family, friends or others looking for an honest review.

Highly recommend Guthrie and Frey. In addition to a new water softner, they installed a reverse osmosis system. The company readily responds to my requests. I receive a yearly reminder to have the filter changed on the water purifier. I have salt delivered at that time too. Service is courteous and professional.Guthrie & Frey Water Conditioning, L.L.C.

Refuse to come back to look or warranty parts and service performed on one of thier units. Took in over $1,000.00 for a few small parts and an hour of service that did not get the unit to perform again. Demanded payment or would lein the property. They will not return the money either.Definitely was ripped of....!BBB;We need some help here! Please!!Guthrie & Frey Water Conditioning, L.L.C.

Dear *******,We set a high standard for ourselves and rely on our clients to make us aware of any issues they experience with their water quality or functionality of their equipment. Service was provided in January 2022. Our staff reached out to you multiple times throughout February 2022 - July 2022, to follow up and collect payment. Shannon serviced my Iron Curtain and delivered 13 bags of solar salt. She was very professional and let me know how long she would take. Having a disability, I wasn't able to help her in with the salt. All in all, the service she provided was excellent!Guthrie & Frey Water Conditioning, L.L.C.
