      Pathetic company giving collectors a truly bad name. I was incorrectly billed for alarm service in my former city. I was nice enough to inform the collector and instead of notifying the town, as requested, they sent me a copy of the invoice. I called back and a pathetic clown heard my patient and kind explanation and he said "how do you want to handle this, you owe the money?" I laughed in his face and asked if he understood anything I told him, or if he was a hired parrot. This company is unprofessional and if you are a potential customer, please try to find a decent company looking out for all involved.
