In short, bad food, bad service, and devious and dishonest corporate response to a car wash break down damage matter earns one star. They sold bad salmon, marked down substantially, that made everyone sick, and the desk denied my request to look up the purchase on my credit card for a refund on the returns, and I had to call the corporate office which did not refund the money but gave me an in-store credit. When I tried to buy sliced roast beef the worker would not sell me freshly sliced, until I bought the old snibbles left in the tray. When the car wash broke down I was told to submit estimates and Woodman's rep Sara was rude and accusatory right out of the box and uncooperative, being argumentative about the Woodman's letter about it that I had not even received yet, and I had to repeatedly correct Sara and force her to behave like a decent person- at first she refused to email me a copy of the car wash matter letter (they prematurely issued) when I asked for it and had not received it yet! She demanded that I start over with the whole process and get new estimates for no reason at all - the classic revolving door disrespect- but I refused and forced her to back down on that too. And she was materially dishonest and it had to be deliberate, even putting in writing a whopper that I submitted estimates for repairs over the "entire" car, instead of the obvious reality of estimates covering just a few small select areas, and she made up a story (in writing) about me making multiple claims in complete contradiction of the dictionary and legal meaning of the word. Woodman's said it was my fault the car wash caused damages, but then after being childishly unprofessional, and then being advised I spent over $700 a month at Woodman's (not any more) Woodman's rolled over and offered a partial payment - conditioned on a confidentiality agreement! Only the wrong with something to hide seek confidentiality agreements. So bad service issues, bad food, dishonest = 1 star.

I came in and grabbed 3 tomatoes, a pack of bacon, a bag of bread, and a jar of mayo if I'm remembering correctly. Like almost nothing in a little basket. Stood in line behind a bunch of people, which is absolutely no biggie I can handle it. Got up to be next in line behind a girl who also only had like five things real quick. He started scanning her stuff and kept shooting me looks. The guy turned his light off while checking her out and then glared at me and told me his lane was closed. I've worked in retail before, I get when it's break time it's break time and wont fault someone for that, but it wasn't even 5 to the half hour mark so it's not like it was even an excuse. I'm not a stranger to how cruel people can treat heavily tattooed alternative people, this was absolutely an example of it. I set my basket down calmly and just walked out with my fiance while trying to calm her down from what was obviously just someone being incredibly rude. I got to my car and immediately called the store manager who did not care at all but said he'd check out the cameras and pick up my basket.

They don't hire people with disabilities if you expose it in your interview! They say their place of employment to demanding to meet needs of special needs individuals!

Today I shopped in person at Woodmans, Green Bay WI. I checked the clearance shelves where a printed box of aluminum foil for $1.49 was on clearance for $1.99. Surely a mistake, I took a roll to the customer service counter. The clerk said they have to price according to what "corporate" tells them to. I asked to speak to someone else, who again they have to sell the $1.49 box for clearance price of $1.99. Since it's "corporate" who is pricing this incorrectly I asked for "corporate's" phone number. Clerk 1 wrote a phone number on a sticky and asked her superior if that's the number she should give me. Yes was the answer and they both smiled and snickered. I phoned this number and it was a fax number! I looked up corporate's number on the net, it's in Janesville WI and I called and spoke to Meagan. Meagan in "corporate" told me sorry, but corporate has nothing to do with pricing. What kind of business are. they running...everything from obvious mispricing to lies to avoid responsibility. I surely wish they join the BBB so something could be done about this.

I Hate To Even Give Them 1 Star As The Produce Is Horrible, The CSR's Don't Know Much Of What Their Job Is, Especially Overnight CSR's, Which R Far From Few! I Do Instacarts Overnights & Every Time A Certain CSR Is Working I Cringe Going In But Still Try And Be Cordial With Everyone Including Her. I Was In There Yesterday Evening Doing An Instacart & My Customer Asked For A Twin Pack Of Heinz 50oz Ketchup, I Found The Ketchup & Scanned 1 Of The Bottles Even Though All Of Them Had Been Separated From The Holder, It Still Stated That It Was A 2pk, I Get To The Self Checkout And Wave For The CSR To Come Over & Explained To Her That It Was A 2pk And That I Was Just Letting Her Know, She Took Off In Calling The Manager & Then The Store Manager As She Knows This Isn't The Right Price, So I Showed Her The Website, My Daughter Showed Her The Website As Well, Then Some Random Guy Who I Always See Stocking Shelves Comes To Me And States That The Store Doesn't Sell The Twin Packs And When They Come In As A Twin Pack They Separate Them & Sell The Bottles Singular Priced, I Stated That That Isn't Right And That They're Getting Over On Customers To Make A Bigger Profit Than They're Supposed To, He Shrugged His Shoulder & Walked Off, & Again All This Is Going On While Being Timed To Shop For My Customer, So Then The Overnight Store Manager Comes Out & States The Same Thing, When My Daughter Shows Him The Woodman's Website & Plain As Day There It Is As A 2pk For The Price Of The Bottle I Scanned, So He Had To Honor It, & Did. But That Just Puts In My Head As Shopper What Else R U Scamming Us On? I Have To Do Instacarts There But I Won't Be Shopping There Too Much In The Future, I've Been Telling Them For Months That They Need To Update Or Refresh Their Website, & It Never Happens, People Please Be Aware When Shopping At Woodman's, Look At Prices, Look At The Ounces Might Even Have To Do A Little Math But When Ur Looking To Save, Woodman's Ain't It.
