    Disappointed and will never use again. I requested many time for an update from the writer in December. She indicated it was not enought time for the resume to actually work since it's the holiday time. I then waited until January, she still refused and claimed if I would like an update it would be an additional $89. I have requested my money back and haven't heard back from the customer service. I'm reporting this company to ****************.

    We were disappointed to read this review as we prioritize providing exceptional customer service in all situations. Unfortunately, much of what was written in this review simply isn't accurate.The customer received her ********************** on 12/06/2024. After receiving the resume, she told us "this is great!" and thanked us for our expeditious service.On 12/09/2024, she asked us for an update to the resume. As per our 30-day free revision policy, we promptly made this update for her and sent back the new version, to which the customer told us "Thank you so much for sending the revised version" and then asked us a couple of questions - which our writer took extra time to answer to the best of her abilities.The customer then asked for a second update, which was also promptly handled for her on 12/09/2024.The customer then asked for another update on 12/19/2024. Our team sent the customer a message asking for clarifications. We never received those clarifications, so the revision was not made.1/13/2025, the customer asked for another update (not at all related to the one she asked for on 12/19/2024). At this point, she was beyond the free 30-day update period, so we informed her she was welcome to order an update.1/15/2025, the customer then demanded that we completely refund her for the service. We responded that same day letting her know the terms required for a refund. She then sent us five more messages asking for clarifications on those terms. We responded to each of those messages within just a few hours. At this point, we have promptly addressed each of the customer's questions. We have provided the service she originally purchased, and we received feedback from the customer that she really liked the service. We're very sorry that she has now changed her mind, but we wish her the best of luck with her endeavors.

    It is a disappointment that this place is even allowed to conduct business. In my opinion, they are rude, disrespectful, and downright unprofessional. There are many options out there, and I would recommend using one of those.

At this point, Mr. ***** reached out one time, at which point he shouted at our staff and threatened our company - all because we asked him to provide an overview of his work history and education.We aim to please everyone by providing prompt and polite service via email, live chat, and phone. Unfortunately, it simply isn't possible to please everyone.     It is easy to throw a percentage out there with nothing to back it up. Looking at other reviews I would 98.4% is inaccurate. All I suggest is others do their research. There are many options out there I just want to do my part to help others decide.
