  Communication is horrible. We had Tundraland come to our house and we sat through the 2 hour presentation and decided to use this company for our walk in shower needs. About one week after that meeting we received the information from the financial institute that we were going to use. Towards the end of June 2022 we got a call to set up our install date. The agreed date was Sept. 7, 2022. The workers showed up to do the work but then realized a part was order in the wrong size so it needed to be reorder. We were fine with that. We heard nothing from them after that. At the end of October 2022 and after us calling them multiple times and sending an email we finally got in touch with someone about what the status is. We set up a new install date of Nov. 7, 2022 per that conversation. Again another part needed to be reordered. We were told that a person in charge would call us that day. It is now Nov. 17th, 2022 and still have heard nothing. At this point we are done waiting and we are done with horrible lack of communication.

  First, the installer was great, he had been working with Tundraland for 2 years and his install was top notch. He worked till it was finished. This was on a Friday. The big problem was that the shower faucet did not work. He said that they would have to send out a plumber to fix the faucet and someone would call me to setup the appointment. On Monday I waited for a phone call that I was expecting but they did not all so just before noon I had to call. The woman was very courteous but she could only take a message as she could not help me setup the appointment with the plumber. I had to wait a couple of hours for someone to call me back and they setup the call for the next day, now Tuesday. On Tuesday the plumber came out but did not have the parts to fix the problem. I now had to wait another day to have someone else come out and replace the faucet. This was done and finally the problem was fixed. The shower was very expensive but the biggest reason we went with Tundraland was that it was supposed to be completed in one day, instead it took 5 days to get a working shower. I am very handy and have done bathrooms before but my wife really wanted it done in one day. I would have easily done this myself in less than the 5 days for much less. So I loss a couple days of work to meet workers for the repair attempts and the install and paid much more for the shower.
