1 starHad my 86yo parents bathroom redone by tundraland, what a mistake, it took 2 months to get parts because they have no clue about construction! Then when you call after getting a threatening letter about a collection agency, you never get and answer "please leave a message" to which no one ever replies! Please don't wist your money on a one day promise, it's usually a lie!

5 starsSalesperson arrived on time, a couple of days after initial contact. My wife and I were both impressed with his through presentation. Our confidence and impression with the bathroom product was good enough to get us to sign a contract. Actual 1 day installation is in January, will let you know how it goes.Tundraland

1 starRecently had used them for a bathroom upgrade. They arrived at 7:30am and left 14 1/2 hours later and still not done. Very poorly installed, had another installer come out twice to fix what the first ones were suppose to do in 1 day. Finally after 2nd time out things were fixed. The issues I had during the initial install no water pressure, I asked and original installer said hes not a plumber well it was metal shavings in the filter ( easy Fix ), 2nd trim was not installed correctly, 3rd side of main piece was overlapping outside wall. In the contract I was told that damage to lower level bathroom ceiling would be taking care of during install which it wasnt, Ive emailed my sales person twice and have not even got a response except directing me to customer service, which is total waste of time. I asked for some money off or fix the lower level bathroom ceiling for my inconvenience and time. This is the 2nd time using them and its the lastTundraland

5 starsThe installer of our tub to shower conversion was incredibly fast and very skilled. John ** was efficient, friendly and did a thorough cleanup. 5 starsWe contracted with Tundraland Home Improvements to replace our old bathtub with a new tub and a shower surround. Katelyn and Nick arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional, and worked very hard to install our new shower and tub.There was a short delay while they waited for the plumber to do his work. When they were finished, they completely cleaned up the bathroom and in the basement where some of the plumbing was done. Katelyn and Nick are rock stars! We were not to use the shower for 24 hours to let the caulking seal harden, and the next day we discovered a major leak in the plumbing. I emailed a service rep at Tundraland. I received an answer less than ten minutes later, an apologetic phone call from the general manager about fifteen minutes after that, and Nick was back within an hour. It took some work to find and fix the problem, and Nick kept at it until it was fixed. The new tub and shower are beautiful to look at and a pleasure to use! Thankyou!Review fromMatthew S

5 starsWe have had our shower unit installed for just over two weeks and we love it. We received a flyer in the mail and called for information. The designer-sales agent that came was super generous and polite, also very knowledgeable and showing a lot of patience for us. The installers came (two of them) and, sure enough, completed everything in one day. The gentlemen were extremely nice and careful with our home. They periodically provided us with updates and asked for our inputs. A few days later, another installer came to install a different type of shelf (upon our request), and he too was polite and informative. Everyone provided professional service. Financing was a breeze with various options. We cannot speak to the price in terms of reasonableness for this is our first innovation project and we just don't know. In terms of product and service, Tundraland is first rate and we will definitely recommend to others.Review fromJude A.

5 starsFrom my initial call to get an estimate..the staff was very knowledgeable and professional! My sales/designer (*****) was amazing and then the crew was super professional giving us a super gorgeous shower and were super respectful of our property and our cats! 5 starsTundra land was awesome! Mark the salesman explained everything completely and sat with us patiently while we kept making changes. Lol! When the time came to install Chris was amazing! He had the old tub and tile out (I had ones of those old yellow tubs from the 70’s) as the plumber arrived and replaced all the old plumbing and traps. The whole installation was completed in just a day and looks absolutely awesome. Would highly recommend. Thanks Chris!
