      I rented from them, I lasted there about 3 months. When we moved in there was dog c*** everywhere, even though they claimed to have cleaned everything up before we moved in. Upon moving in we learned that the LIGHT SWITCHES which should turn the lights on, also turned the oven on somehow. Turning the oven on sometimes our tv would shut off or turn on depending on what the tv was at, at that moment. Once winter began the heat quit working in the apartment. It got so cold in the apartment to the point that ***** was growing on the INSIDE of the window, I called multiple times asking for someone to fix it and no one did, it was at that point I decided to just move out. When I put in my notice of moving THATS when they fixed the heat, I found someone to take the apartment over but Platinum wouldnt let them move in for atleast a week after I moved which caused me to still have to pay for the buyout. Even though I moved due to unsafe living conditions. Once I moved I got informed Id be receiving my security deposit and they then at last minute decided to send the photos I HAD SENT THEM AT MOVE IN and claim that not only would I not receive the security deposit but I also OWED them $104. And NOW after almost 2 years they are coming after me for the $104 that they claim I owe them. This company is ridiculous and I genuinely hope they either shut down or get a better management team.
