Regarding the Kenosha News, my subscription for e-edition In December I was notified that my monthly subscription rate would increase from $21.99 to $30. I called to cancel my subscription. I was offered the rate of $10.99/mo and so I accepted. This was to begin 1/21/25. On 1/21/25, unable to access the paper. 1/24/25 I called customer service, because I still cannot access the edition. The woman told me she reset my account and I would be able to access the paper the next day. 1/25/25 Still unable to access 1/28/25 I called and asked to be refunded my 1/21 payment and cancel my account. The woman indicated she couldn't do that but what she could do was offer me a better rate, subsequently she got down to $2.99/mo. Amazing, from $30 to almost $3. I asked her why I would maintain a subscription that I couldn't access. She tried 5 times to help me access my account without success. I again asked for a refund but she told me she couldn't do that, I asked her if I was expected to pay for something I wasnt' receiving, she couldn't answer that but kept trying to sell me the paper at reduced price. I asked to talk to a supervisor, she couldn't do that but said she would escalate the problem. I asked when I could expect to hear from the supervisor, she had no answer, and I asked how they would respond, No answer . 1/29-2/2 sporadically able to access the paper (twice) but never heard back from a supervisor as a followup to my problem.

Kenosha News not being delivered. You call and speak to someone once in awhile. They promise a paper. None delivered. Or they tell you we are not on route. Just paid 360 due to hike and we are still having problems.

did not receive paper delivery on 3/10 and 3/12. called customer "service" on 3/10 (outsourced of course) and was promised delivery on 3/11. repeated calls to the outsourced nonservice number to no avail. apparently no one works in Kenosha anymore as usually get voice mail only with NO return call or resolution of delivery issues. have left repeated voice mails for a *************************** (at least 6 with no return call) and someone in classifed and another in editorial stated they emailed her. the outsourced noncustomer service people lied **** about resolving the delivery issue and today admitted no one filed a report on 3/11 but will do so today. all trust is gone. do not feel like a valued customer. have asked repeatedly for the missing newspapers and no results. not one person cares about a customer it seems. I am disgusted and outraged. calling the main number of *** Enterprises out of state results in the same voice mail only and no access to a human with the outsourced "service" number given. guess this is what passes for customer service now. pathetic!!!!!!!!

During the week when the customer *********************** complaints were received Sunday, March 10th and Tuesday, March 12th, a substitute carrier was designated to fulfil deliveries to our current subscribers. I was out of the office Sunday through Wednesday of that week when the customer did not receive her papers. Upon my return and notification of the missed deliveries, appropriate actions were taken to credit the customer's account for the missed deliveries. Additionally, the two papers that were missed were dispatched to the customer's home on Thursday, March 14th to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do find, however, that the failure of ANY contact from the person (***************************) totally unacceptable and demonstrates **** that there is no concern for customer satisfaction. the outsourced customer NONservice is pathetic and even the editor that I spoke to stated complete dissatisfaction with the outsourced customer NONservice. Ido not believe this allysa person is a real person. this experience does not inspire confidence in this newspaper. it should not have taken multiple phone calls with unanswered voice mails and multiple calls to the off shore nonservice people.

    Regards,

On July 28rh I called to cancel my subscription and after waiting on hold for over 24 minutes, finally I did talk to a man who's name I could not understand after asking him 3 times.. I said I want to cancel my subscription and stop auto pay for the paper. He said that would be done and the paper was paid through August 14th. BUT August 6th they debited my debit card for another month. I did go to my bank to ask if they could reverse the transaction and was told no but I could cancel that current debit card and get another one. This is what I did and THEY are still delivering the **** paper. I know somewhere down the line they are going to try to bill me for this added time. I have sat on hold several times trying to get through to them without any success. This is no way to run a business. My thought is no one should have autopay with this company.

************** was contacted 9/21.  He was upset that after calling to cancel his paper back in July, another payment was debited from his account plus he continues to receive the Kenosha News it was never cancelled.  Per his request, his last payment of $32.00 was refunded and his subscription has been terminated.
