    After months and months of poor service, poor communication, missed papers, double billing and unsuccessful tries at resolving issues through your customer service we no longer want any part of your newspaper. The last straw is the double billing that we could only resolve by going through our credit card company to dispute the charges. We have tried resolving issues through the carrier with no resolution. We tried working with the district manager who while she tried even she had limited success. The quality of the newspaper has continually declined and after over 40 years of subscribing we have had enough. While the credit card statement continually listed "Racine Journal Times" while we were getting the Kenosha News, your call center told me it "didn't matter, it was all the same".
    We did not get a newspaper the last two days (and had others missed in the two weeks prior) so you can "officially" cancel the subscription.

    My Mother paid 500 dollars for 1 year subscription & we did not received a paper since. They said they will send us a paper but never did.

    Kenosha news is a big joke with terrible customer service. Got a phone call, never before, that my bill was due, and they could take my money over the phone, or I could call their office. I went online, imagine my surprise when I found that my bill had nearly doubled. I called, overseas answered. An hour on the phone, and was tol I hadn’t paid my bill since December. Really??? Showed online it was paid in August. Couldn’t switch me to the U.S. Next day I decided to go directly to Kenosha news to talk to them directly.. Note on door saying you needed an appointment, and to call this number. Guess who answered? Yep, overseas. They knew NOTHING about appointments and there was nothing they could do. WHY,WHY, WHY, would you post a number intentionally knowing would be accomplished. Another 45 min wasted on phone...long story short, cancelled my subscription after 50 years!

    2nd week in a row - no Sunday paper! Tried calling customer service = a joke. Got some guy overseas who stated your paper will be delivered in 1 hour. 4 hours later - no paper. Tried calling customer service again - they can't find my account! No "real" person to talk to - you talk to a machine. Been customer for many years - rethinking this now. Terrible service, unprofessional & totally useless for assistance!
