Ear Fleek will not let me remove or delete my account on their website, they do not provide an option to do so. I've requested to do so numerous times and they refuse to delete my account. My account has personal information stored in it (address, phone, credit card number, etc) and I do not want it to be stored on their website.They also have poor customer service, do not deliver their products in a timely manner, do not provide tracking information and much more. I do not want any of my personal information stored with them at all. I need them to remove, delete and clear my account and all personal information they have stored on their website / accounts. This customer is searching for something to complain to you about. We will not be writing a "personal information removal" feature because:
1.) It offers us zero benefit
2.) We are not required to
3.) It would cost us significant amounts of time and money
If we do things like the above, we go out of business.
This customer himself claims to be a business owner, so it is surprising that he is harassing another small business owner on the internet.

I placed an order using a new customer coupon deal for a discounted price of earrings. I waited over a month of not receiving my purchased product. I contacted support and they told me they cancelled my order because I canceled my subscription after purchasing. And that they are unable to refund me my money because it costs them more to refund it.Business Response

I once signed up for earfleek maybe a year or two ago when it was brand new, using a privacy card that's linked to my real one, with a spend limit. I have since stopped using earfleek. Today, I received an email in which earfleek has apparently given my card info or were hacked and I was almost charged $50 to "the plastic surgery group". I'm glad my real card was not being used, and the charged didn't go through due to the limit I set for earfleek, but what kind of business just takes payment info from someone who hasn't used their business in 2+ years and charges it for another!Business Response

We do not store Credit Card information in plain text. We store it securely in Authorize.net, the largest payment processor in the world.
We have not been breached nor could our card data be used in the fashion this customer describes. What is likely is the customer has shared her card information in plain text with a 3rd party, which we have zero control over. It would be like me giving my privacy.com card the nickname ************ doing something unsafe with it, then when it is misused by a third party, writing a nasty review on BBB of the ****************** Disgraceful! Retract your complaint!

I received an Earfleek subscription and received earrings for 4 months, but then in September I didn't receive my subscription and then again in October I did not receive my subscription. I have emailed them repeatedly and they say I have a defective address and yet I received the subscription for 4 months with no problem at the exact same address. How can the address suddenly be defective? Plus my mailman knows me personally and knows where I live.Business Response

This customer entered a defective address. Some months did not arrive due to the faulty address she entered on our website. The error was effectively duplicating the City State and Zip on the Street line, like so:

They repeatedly talk about a defective address and it makes no sense whatsoever when I received my subscription from them for 4 months straight with no problem at the same address. And the address is not incorrect. It was just wrote double due to autofill. I believe **** is smart enough to figure it out. Are they implying they aren't? I just want my products or a refund. That is all I am asking.
