I’ve had to make multiple calls and still have not received my refund for a piece of overpriced plastic I returned. This experience has taught me to be more cautious and patient before purchasing anything from Kohler.
To potential buyers: Please consult your plumbers before spending money on expensive plastic components. After realizing this- I returned it—but it has taken over five calls, and I still haven't seen my refund.
Kohler, what kind of business are you running? You advertise yourselves as high quality, but based on my experience, both your product quality and customer service fall far below that standard.
Not only was the item cheaply made and overpriced, but I had to pay for the return shipping. Despite following all instructions provided by email and confirming with customer service, Kohler still can’t seem to track their own returned merchandise. Thankfully, UPS did their job, and I kept track of my return myself.
It’s sad when someone outside your company is more helpful than your own support staff. I now understand why plumbers advise against this brand. I wish I had listened earlier.The Kohler Company

5 starsI purchased a home a year ago that was built in 2016. The kitchen sink had an Artifacts bridge faucet. It started leaking around the main stem. I sent an inquiry to Kohler customer service inquiring about serviceable parts for the faucet. They sent me back a reply the next day saying they would send me a complete new faucet for no charge. In these days of poor customer service I have to give Kohler 5 stars ++++ for the customer service I received.Review fromJeff G

Kohler Stand-by whole house generator purchased and installed in October 2020. Since Entire generator has needed replacement and now the entire rotor. Kohler is unwilling to pay for labor for the rotor replacement. They produced generators over the Covid time period of completely bad quality, and now are not taking responsibility. Avoid Kohler Stand-by generators. Their quality is terrible. So unfortunate.The Kohler Company

If I could give negative stars I would! We have just built our dream home. A week and half after moving in our faucet broke and caused a large leak (early January)The plumber tried to fix it as we waited for a replacement faucet, it was delivered ahead of schedule but broken in the exact spot that my current sink was broken… that was sent back in March and I continue to wait for a new replacement faucet.. in the mean time I check under my sink every night to assure there is no leak and tonight once again it’s leaking. Third time now…during the second time the plumber asked for a part (diverted) to be sent …we waited.. dishes piling up because I had no sink/water… they sent the part…IN A EMPTY BAG!!! They didn’t put the part in the package and literally sent the plumber a EMPTY bag!!! My cupboards below my sink are ruined… I am so angry and upset we spent top dollar, almost $2000 on a beautiful artifacts bridge faucet and this is what I get… I have called Kohler, my plumber/supply company/ kohler rep and the plumbing company that kohler has sent to fix the problem we have all been in contact and I am still sitting here waiting! I am BEYOND disappointed and would never recommend there products at this point it has made the last 5 months very hard and I haven’t been able to enjoy my new homeThe Kohler Company

My father, in his eighties, purchased a Kohler kitchen faucet and asked me to install it. Had no problem with that because I have worked with their products for 35 years and have never had any big issues. Where he got the faucet is anyones guess. They said it was an open box but turned out to be used. And there were missing parts as well as a bad aerator. Bought the aerator but missing parts had to be bought with the touchless unit as a whole. Needless to say he couldn't afford that much and wanted to give up. I wrote an email to Kohler explaining my issue on the off chance they may have the 2 fittings I needed without the the unit (which I had and it was new). A few days later I unexpectedly recieved a package. I opened it to find the whole unit with the 2 fittings I needed. I was blown away. I have never had anything like that happen before and am extremely grateful for this kind act. Whoever was involved needs a large raise and to feel lucky they work for a company that could not be any better. Thank you KohlerThe Kohler Company

I purchased a Kohler bathtub from Kohler Services which has a lifetime warranty. The installation was very good but the automatic air purge no longer works, the bathtub is one year old. I have called 4 times in the last three months trying to get it repaired. I have been told I would receive a call back but this has bever happened. they are not honoring their warranty.The Kohler Company

So far, Ive waited 25 days for someone to call me back from Kohler services to call me back about my bad valve its covered under warranty and my shower is cold every day..I did not realize they were not better business bureau Accredited. If you check here, please do not get a Kohler walk-in shower. I did a convertionof my tub to a shower. nothing but nightmares since.The Kohler Company

Absolutely the worse company when it comes to shower surrounds. They don't care what they ship out. I order through ********** twice and both came damaged from the factory. Both times the packaging was in perfect condition, but the product inside was damaged. This just shows it was packaged and shipped out in this condition. The second one even had trash inside the box. ********** was very helpful in helping me deal with this to where Kohler could careless. Spend your hard earned money with a company that actually cares. Kohler will never get get a cent from me in the future.The Kohler Company

Wow! Such amazing customer support. Had a 10 year old bath tub faucet that started to have a slow leak. Contacted Kohler and all they needed was the date on the cartridge and a photo of the leak and they very promptly sent be not only the cartridge that needed to be replaced but an entire new bathtub faucet. I couldn't be more pleased. The product previously worked great until the slow leak and now the new one works perfect. I have very high pressure in my condo building so I have been advised by a plumber that my faucet cartridges will break down quicker than a home with lower pressure and that it's not the faucet itself. Thank you so much Kohler!!! Will continue to purchase and use your products.The Kohler Company

I recently had an issue with my kitchen faucet. The sensor wasnt working properly. When I reached out to their service center, I didnt expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support. They were very responsive and handled my issue as if it were their own. In the end, they resolved the problem beyond my expectations, which makes the high price tag on their product much more understandable. I'm sold.The Kohler Company
