Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased an Entity tub. After installation, the tub leaked into my kitchen causing damage to the ceiling. We learned the tub drain hole was defective - which Kohler admitted. After almost 2 months, Kohler sent a replacement - with the same exact defect - which Kohler again admitted. I am now told it will take another 6 weeks to get a replacement tub - which will mean Ill be without a functioning tub and shower for 3.5 months. Unacceptable. Do better Kohler.The Kohler Company

To ensure the reported issue doesn't happen again, we are manually inspecting the bath to ensure it conforms to our specifications. This inspection does take time, but we have requested our team complete the inspection as soon as possible. We have used Kohler sinks every time we've built a house or my husband has built/remodeled a house for others. We discovered a crack in our 7 year old Kohler sink. On July 8, 2024 we called Kohlers 800 number and spoke with Ebony. She requested photos and assured us that we'd hear back from ? and get this problem solved. Since then we placed many calls and emails and still have not heard back from a Kohler rep. BEWARE of terrible customer service.The Kohler Company

So disappointed by Kohler customer service and quality of Purewash E580 bidet seat. It's unused and packed back in the box as new. I would like to return and receive a refund for but got denied. The seat does not meet the standards of size and water pressure. It's priced at $339 on your website. Despite being brand new, the product does not meet the quality standards I associate with Kohler. I have attempted to resolve this issue through your customer service channels but have not received a satisfactory response.The Kohler Company

I purchased a glass shower door. The item was ordered from Kohler and required an additional payment in Kohler's checkout for shipping via a known carrier. The door needed to be returned. The company would not issue a return label. The Kohler Company does not value its customers. The return policy is unprofessional, neglectful, and unsupportive. It is the commitment to customers that makes a company successful. The Kohler Company ranks extremely low on its ability to provide customer satisfaction.The Kohler Company

I purchased a Kohler Medicine Cabinet with integrated LED lighting. Kohler refuses to honor the warranty stating that it is the medicine cabinet that failed and their warranty for LED lighting does not apply to Led lighting in a $1200 medicine cabinet. The representative from Kohler was very rude and actually hung up on me, It's almost comical reading Kohler"s replies to the complaints " If there is anything we can do to assist with your Kohler products please let us know, our customer service team is available M-F 8am - 5pm CST." Like that works LOL!I will never install or recommend to my customers Kohler products of any kind.The Kohler Company

My husband and I bought the KOHLER Underscore 30-in x 60-in White Acrylic Alcove Soaking Bathtub (Left Drain). When the first one was about to be installed, the installer noticed a manufacturers scuff on the front corner. We then returned the tub and re-ordered another. We did inspect the tub to the best of our ability before the installer came, but when it was removed from the box and tipped sideways, the light highlighted a 4" scratch on the front, bottom right. I am beyond upset. We again are returning yet another tub. This is not a cheap tub, yet it comes boxed without any film protecting it, just four form corners. I expected much more from Kohler. We have wasted countless hours and our project is set back again as we await a replacement. Infuriating.The Kohler Company

We bought a $2000 medicine cabinet. There are known defects with it. The company wont offer support or help and want us to spend $300 on the same parts to make it work, which will probably fail again. They offered no support or sympathy for a product they manufactured incorrectly. Dont buy kolher, their customer service wasnt good, their product broke. Initially, I experienced frustration with my Kohler generator due to a delayed part replacement during hurricane season. However, Kohler's response to my concerns was exceptional and changed my perspective entirely.Upon hearing about my issue, Kohler swiftly arranged an inspection within the same week. They then approved a new unit and expedited its shipment. All interactions were professional, and action was taken quickly.This experience has significantly increased my confidence in Kohler's customer service. While the initial delay was concerning, their prompt and thorough resolution demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. I now feel much more at ease about potential future repairs, knowing the quality of their response.Kohler's handling of the situation has restored my faith in their brand. Unfortunately, Kohler chsnges products and does not keep the same colors or styles in stock for very long, so when a piece malfunctions, it forces you to buy all new fixtures, as you cannot find replacement parts. Kohler was contacted and was not helpful at all to rectify the problem. Despite multiple Kohler products used in my remodel, I will not purchase again.The Kohler Company

In May 2024 I purchased three mid/upper range toilets and accessories online at kohler.com via Rakuten when they/Kohler were offering a special 20% cash back for anything bought online at kohler.com. I have yet to see my 20% rebate in my Rakuten account. I have filed a complaint with ******* and was told to wait 45 days for them to reply. It is well past 45 days and all I and the customer service people at ******* have heard are crickets...... I have provided my Rakuten shopping number (Rakuten Shopping Trip # XXXXX62461) assigned to my Kohler purchase, yet they still refuse to acknowledge that they owe me almost $400.This is blatantly false advertising, and last I heard, illegal. It's so unfortunate, as I always thought of Kohler as having a stellar reputation.The Kohler Company
