      If I could give zero I would. I was charged for having checking and savings account for months when I re spend my account. And when I had a friend get a account with them he was not be charged at all like I was. When I called and said something they stopped taking the money but wouldn't refund me. I also have a no overdraft set up. I have the online banking and it shows my available balance with what is pending so I still know how much money I have yet my account always goes negative. Now there trying to charge my a high overdraft fee when I don't have a over draft for my account being negative 4 dollars in witch my account should never be negative. I would not tell anyone to go there.

      They did not set up auto payment right.They will not work with you. Wrongly reported 1 mis payment ( There fault ) and cost me 100 points on my credit score. Don't trust them ever. terrible customer service They don't care about there customers

      0-stars. For 3 years this bank was good to us. we made our payments on time every month and even go the extra length to pay the $10 debit card fee. we were recently told that we were approved for a loan to pay off our car and in addition the credit union wanted to add a couple other small loans that we had. we were told not to make any payment by the recipients of the money. we were looking to pay off our car, after we were told that we were APPROVED, of course AFTER I had to talk to the underwriters and dispute, and finally was able to show them that we could afford the loan, then comes the home inspection, they come take pictures and then leave, only 5min for $600.00. Inspectors never included all the updates and compared our homes to property that wasn't even near my town. Not only did it take them 4 weeks or more, I'm also now about $700 behind my car payments. I was never late on my payments before having to deal with THIS CREDIT UNION. One month behind on 2 other loans THEIR FAULT AND THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.And when you call them out on it, they just give you the run around. NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY .I do not encourage anyone to use this CREDIT UNION .THEY WILL MIS LEAD YOU, MAKE YOU THINK THAT THINGS ARE GOING OK, THEN BOOM! YOUR STUCK WITH THEIR MISTAKE.Oh, and God forbid you get a firm voice with them, they must be millennials.they get their feelings hurt. oh, that's so sad, while I'm at home losing sleep because I trusted someone i shouldn't have. Trying to figure out how to catch up on my bills, and handle the new ones THEY MADE FOR ME. THANKS AWHOLE LOT MARINE CREDIT UNION.

      So not happy with this bank. I work two jobs and put everything I make in this bank. I have had a hard time recently with life and this bank has lied to me numerous times, blocked my debit card, refuses to work with me, charges me overdraft fees on positive amounts, tells me "you need to stop paying your creditors", oh wait your one of them, humm...Then keeps pushing me to do more loans, at more than 5% higher interest than I'm currently paying, knowing I can't afford any more as it is. I don't understand where they think all this money is coming from.

      I cash deposited $1005.00 on Satruday at my other bank's atm. I did this in increments of $5, $500 and $500. My $5 was available immediately. The remaining deposits are still being held until tomorrow and the next day which would be day three and four. I have a loan with them for my vehicle so I am not going to jeopardize that over $1000.00 but they are unwilling to provide any courtesy to me though they reviewed my account and claim I am avaluable and excellent customer. I am insulted and their practices are not customer friendly in this manner

      I am incredibly disappointed in this financial institution. We reached out to them, to explore our debt consolidation/HELOC options. At first, everything went extremely well. However, once it came time to review our credit/credit history, it was immediately apparent that we were being judged by the banker reviewing our credit/credit history. Mind you, yes, we have struggled off and on over the course of the last two years. A good majority have. We were questioned about some of the "flags" on our credit reports/history, and had to provide them with an answer as to why that was on there. I understand this is standard practice, having worked multiple years in finance. However, the individual "helping" us, was very judgemental about our responses. We were then informed that they were going to "crunch some numbers" and get back to us. My husband is also currently self-employed, and has been since September of 2022. It appeared as though they weren't interested in helping us. So, we reached out to them to simply ask if they thought they'd be able to help us, or if we needed to contact an institution that specialized in working with self-employed individuals. The response we were given was extremely unprofessional. To sum it up, we were told "I highly doubt that ANY lender will be willing to work with you due to your credit/credit history, etc." Was this necessary for the MCU employee to say to us? Absolutely not. Overall, this entire interaction was horrible. People who work hard, and have the ability to make payments, and are seeking help from a credit union they're a member of-- shouldn't be treated this way. No one should, despite their position/credit history/etc. Uncalled for and so unprofessional. I seldom leave reviews, but, this one really upset me.

      I have banked at Marine Credit Union for over 25 years. They have always offered great service and the mobile banking app is amazing.

      Took money out of my account without me knowing it and caused a overdraft. This happened after I had open heart surgery
