      I moved out of the apartment on 5th Avenue South on August 26th 2022. I have pictures of a clean home. It was a Townhouse with shared yard, also open yard that the neighborhood walked through. It is January 22, 2023. I have yet to receive my $2500 deposit back. I did not get an itemized list of charges. Was told crayon on the walls and glass in the yard. Did not own glass aside from 2 vases that are in storage. Our young children were also playing in yard until moment we left. Again we have ************* husband painted before move out. *** knew that we were moving and driving out of state for months prior to move and day of. My husband drove us down because i just had 3 surgeries in one week which *** was aware and our youngest 2 had just been assaulted by a bully resulting in injuries. My cousin was supposed to pick up our other truck, she got into a bad accident. Instead of calling ME *** asked the NEIGHBORS about the truck and towed it. Days later the neighbor told me our other truck had been towed. *********** said someone told her payments were owed on the truck. Lies. We have no family there so who would tell her that? The insurance and plates and registration was renewed before move, payments up to date. A simple call would have stopped that. We moved ****+ miles away & had to voluntary repo due to the tow after coming down and being hit by two hurricanes back to back *** and the landlord seem to care less. I was a good tenant for 2 of their properties and always paid. I gave new address before move. *** claims they mailed it to old address. You knew we were moving across the country and had new address. Even after telling her that I still do not have any money. We have been stuck living in hotels with 3 small children 2 special needs due to all of this and will have a repo on my credit which is in progress which will make it even harder to obtain housing for our family. No response to my emails or calls nor landlord tenant complaint. Give back my deposit!

      Our management company never held the security deposit of $2100, their security deposit was transferred on a closing statement for ****************************************************. then they moved to another duplex the owner had.  
       They were given credit of $2100 on the lease for **************************************************************. They moved in after it was gutted and remodeled.
      Please see the lease for more information.
      When I did the move out inspection the children and the beds were still there.
       After they moved , and we could raise the shades, we found crayon markings on the wall, small holes behind the where the sofa had been pushed against the wall, damages to the ceiling tiles.
      They also left a Cadillac Escalade parked behind the duplex with no license plate, so I had it towed.
      The person she found to rent did not qualify, and even though we accept WERA funds, we do not committ fraud. That person who wanted the unit, wanted me to fill out paper work for her daughter whom she said would not live there.
      So, it took two weeks to get it rented, and the former residents was charged half a months rent,  plus mitigation costs,plus cleaning costs.  The owner sent a check to the original forwarding address. He has never recevied it back.
