      Re: John ******* and PMC or Croix Rental Management Group It took us several attempts to reach John ******* at PMC and then he was 20 minutes late to view a property on January 19th. We indicated our interest, and he sent us an application the following day (20th) and we submitted it right away along with a $100 check for the credit/background check. We also submitted additional information at his request on the 22nd. I had not heard back from him, so I followed up on Tuesday (24th) for a status update and he responded that it had been rented on the previous Friday (20th). We were disappointed he had not bothered to let us know and I had to initiate the call to find this out. The check was cashed and cleared our account on February 6th. We wanted to give him the benefit and asked if the deposit would apply to a future property and asked that he let us know when one became available and he agreed. Another listing became available and after 5 attempts he finally responded, and we viewed a property on Friday March 29th. Once we viewed the property, we told him we were very interested, and he said he would send the application. I reached out on the following Monday morning because we had not received the application or heard anything. He finally got back to us Monday evening and said the property was rented on Friday. I was willing to excuse him the first time this happened, but a second time there was no excuse it just showed us his lack of courtesy, character and professionalism. We are very disappointed with his slow responses, communication, and quality of service. I expected more from a professional and it would have been very appreciated if he had let us know the property was no longer available and that I had to initiate the calls to find out not once but twice especially after taking our money and running our credit after it was rented. His customers and potential customers deserve better! Thank you, **** **
