      I purchased a tractor, snow plow and pallet forks and traded in my former tractor from the Homesteaders store in *************** on 12/21/24. The day I brought the tractor home it has had problems and was throwing a code and did not run properly. I informed the Homesteaders store right away and they sent me a filter after about 1-2 weeks to replace it myself. The **** I bought from them did not fit my tractor even though they sold it me stating it would. They expected me to trailer the tractor and plow to a place that does hydraulics to fix it myself. I also notified them the tractor still had the problems with it. I did convince them to pick the tractor and plow up. The tractor and plow have now been in the shop getting fixed for 2 weeks now which is about half of the total time that I have had the tractor. They have been terrible at getting back to me and their timeframes. Their salesman has been rude, does not get back to me and has hung up on me as well. I have contacted them for a full refund at take may tractor back. I have tried to work with them, I said that I would still buy the plow and forks and even let them keep $1,000 to just get it done and over with. I still have not been able to work with them to resolve this matter. They just keep giving me an option to only give me a partial refund and keep my older tractor. I have had to purchase a new tractor from a different place at this time because I use it on the daily to run my business.
