      Absolutely terrible. Overcharged and underperformed even after I specifically made clear that I wanted to be consulted before proceeding past a specified dollar amount. Am in a dispute now and the brand they represent agrees with me that they overcharged me but they refuse to change their position. The brand has agreed to try to resolve this

      We charged customer $15.83 for 3 hours of work. Unit was out of warranty, However we talked with the manufacture and they are willing to work with the customer, Manufacture would not cover triage of what was wrong with the unit.

      Attempted to buy a$30,000 tractor. Couldn't deliver on many occasions for broken trailer, too not being able to install a seat properly. They make you sign a $2900 deposit which you'll never get back even if they can't deliver on their end of contract. When I said I no longer want the tractor due to their poorly run business they dumped it in the yard with noone around. They caused me to pay someone else to do the jobs and did not care. If you're a contractor stay away.

      This customer needed a custom seat fitted to his tractor because of his bad back. There is not a drop-in upgrade available. The seat had to fit to the tractor and had to be compatible with the safety system of the tractor. There are many types of safety systems. Our people would not accept anything but a perfect result. That took us some time. As soon as the upgraded seat was fit and safety system was working, we delivered the tractor that afternoon. The seat we used was nearly 3 times what we quoted, and we ate the difference. This tractor is a great tractor customized for his use and will serve him for years to come. It is because we care that we did not want to turn over anything but what would work for him and his bad back.
