This company is running a promotion where you earn 500 points per new game that you download and complete 1 task for. 3 days in a row I haven't had a single game available to download, but other people do have games they can download to take advantage of this promotion, which means Fetch is discriminating against me and limiting my ability to take advantage of this promotion. Yesterday 1 game became available, but when I went to download it, it wasn't in the ****** Play Store. Last time they ran this promotion I earned $180 worth of gift cards, so it appears that they are preventing me from taking advantage of this promotion.Business Response

This is clearly discrimination by Fetch. Others I've spoken to have had way more games available to them. The last time Fetch ran a similar promotion, I was able to earn $180 in gift cards. They are clearly going out of their way to make sure I can't take advantage of this promo the way I did last time. I think it's best to file a discrimination lawsuit utilizing my co-workers data, and how Fetch made way more games available to him than to me. This is deliberate by Fetch. I could've earned $200 this time, which is huge since I just moved out of a homeless shelter. 11 f****** games the entire week while he has 5 times the amount of games available to him is criminal, and I believe it's discrimination caused by Fetch's greed.

I have been uploading my daily receipts to Fetch as required to earn points. However, when I tried to redeem these points, the platform inexplicably deducted points from my account, causing me to lose ****** points on Jan 12, 2024, ***** points on January 31, 2024, and ***** points on July 1, 2024. I purchased a PetPlan policy for my three dogs in 2020. I have not been able to submit a claim (when my one dog had surgery on his leg, they wanted all of his medical records going back to when he was a puppy (he was four at the time). For a number of reasons, I could not provide all of his records, mainly because we had moved and everything was in storage. I never got reimbursed for the $6000.00 we paid for ******** surgery. I have tried terminating the three policies we have for our dogs: *****, ******, and ******. Their website makes it impossible to cancel - and forget about calling. I want out of this company. They just gobble up money each year and we get NOTHING in return. This company is a little more than a sham pet insurance company and if their is anyway I can report them to the ************************* I will. Fetch is offering a promotion where if you shop through their app you will earn 100 points per dollar spent. One of the websites that participate is hotels.com/ Xpedia. I booked a few hotel stays in clicking on hotels.com through the fetch app (Im familiar with the app, been using it for years!) and didnt get any points.I contacted their costumer services multiple times sending all the screenshots from the hotels bookings, amount spent etc and they at some pint admitted that one of the bookings were showing in their system, but not all. And then they credited me ***** points. Which makes no sense. That hotel stay was around 175 dollars, so I should get more than a thousand points for it. Not to mention the other stays that they pretend that arent in the system. I intentionally booked all these stays using their app instead of using my other rewards program because it was a great deal to get all those points, and then fetch decided to act shady and scam me! I wont settle for ***** points after spending ****** dollars through their app. Terrible copy and paste customer service, Im tired of getting the same we apologizeemail. The 100 points per dollar promotion on Hotels.com was part of a special Fetch Shop event, known as Fetch Shop Fest, which ran from August 17, 2024, to August 22, 2024. We have confirmed that the 100 points per dollar were awarded for the user's two orders placed within this promotional period.
Regarding the other two orders made on August 8, 2024, and August 9, 2024, these transactions occurred outside the promotional period, during which the points awarded for Hotels.com orders were 15 points per dollar.
We have verified that the points for these orders were correctly applied according to the applicable rate at the time.

Multiple ordered placed thru fetch shop over a month worth. Fetch states to start in fetch shop and complete your purchase thru there and you will receive points for every $1 spent. I have screen shots and all the information showing how it was done, statements showing the fetch shop is activated and showing the order, and back to fetch showing it was being processed.Fetch has not giving me these points and said I have done it wrong and they don't see if. They say they find nothing wrong with this and I'm not going thru them. In fact I am and I sent the screen shots. They pretty much tell me your out of luck and I'm missing thousands and thousands of points which would covert into $$$$$. I also did a transaction thru fetch shop for chewy.com they sent me an email stating I would receive ****** points then today the changed the points and then said it was canceled and removed those points. I did the purchase exactly as stated the points were rewarded then they took them away. I never cancel the transaction. This has been ongoing for over a month and they are not helping me. I have made the purchases thru fetch shows screenshot stating the purchase was activated in fetch also showing that it was completed on the fetch page. Fetch is saying I have done none of these purchases thru them, I have proof that I have all items are eligible. They state that they are not. I have also sent these screen shots. The point they gave me for 1 ordered is far less than what was owed. And that was only 1 order not the extra points or any of the other ordered. They promise 45 points for each $1 on my $321 transaction and they don't see it on their end. I would like this fixed. As od today they are offering 100 points per $1 on **** but something in their system is broken. I have tried other retailers and having the same issue they don't see anything. Chewy they state they are working on it. They need to remove **** club if it doesn't work and not be promising all of these points if it doesn't work. I have contacted them 68 times on this and have only gotten 4 replies and no answers to what the problem is besides I did it wrong and I didn't buy the correct items. I have the exclusion list and none of it pertains to the items I purchased not does it explain why it shows it don't correctly but they can't see anything. They need to fix their system and remove **** club from there.

I spent months earning enough points for gift cards. A few were approved but after a while all gift card requests were declined with all points taken from account with absolutely no explanation. This app is a scam and an awful waste of time and energy. I'm ashamed to say I even changed spending habits just to collect points, only to have them stolen and all gift card requests declined after months of uploading literally hundreds of receipts. I hadn't even heard of this app before. I was watching ******* recently and a major influencer stated if I use their code I would receive over 5000 points. I decided to give the app a try. When I signed up, no points were awarded. I contacted Fetch and they informed me after multiple emails that codes are subject to change. I understood that but the video did not have an expiration date. I asked for just a few points as consolation because the only reason I signed up was for the additional points. Their reply was that they cannot regulate codes they gave to influencers and since the video was not recent they would not honor their own code and I should play games to receive the points instead. They promote specific goods periodically, enticing you with additional bonus points.However, they are using bait and switch, false advertising.I submitted a standard paper receipt, directly as provided by the vendor, with all the information necessary for the purchase and the bonus additional points. We have thoroughly investigated the matter raised in the complaint. After thoughtful review, we would like to share that the decision concerning the case has been finalized. Our team noticed several receipts submitted on this users account that violated our rules per our Terms of Service. Any points resulting from these submissions were removed from the user's account. Per our Terms of Service, if the user wishes to open a dispute for points that were deducted from their account, they must do so within 30 days of the deduction. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I issued a complaint a day after the points were deducted. ***** points were deducted and many of these points were given based on legitimate receipts. I am being penalized for ALL my points not just the recipes that were considered illegitimate.
