I this app because it said they you can cash in receipts for rewards! I've used this app for 2 years or so, I've only tried to cash in for 2 -$50 gift cards. Both times Ive tried to redeem my points for the gift cards they found a reason to NOT only give me the gift cards, but also deduct ******+ points, that's 5+ months of scanning receipts. NOT once but BOTH times. Every receipt I've scanned as been from my physically going in and shopping. Whether it's my card, my mother's who I live with or my girlfriends card, It's ALWAYS me doing the shopping. Then I ask for a detailed print out of the receipts that were "rejected" they CANNOT provide that. If I talk to someone from the support team, they provide NO information about the problem and they argue with you until you get frustrated and end the call. All my receipts are MINE. While the owner is going on luxurious vacations and partying at the **********, he's s******* his users out of a measley $50 gift card. He's making millions while selling OUR information as users of the app, and then NOT rewarding his users as claimed! This is NO different than stealing! They claim they ARE NOT selling our information to outside sources, but yet they will find one little thing wrong with the receipts you upload and deny your rewards, even though they meet all their demands, store name, date, and time! Like it says when you download the app. Do they send out $5.00 or $10.00 rewards? Probably, but anything over $25 dollars they seem to always find a problem with, and if you search "Fetch Rewards Receipt Fraud", I am NOT the only one who has had this problem! There are many of people who complain. He's making MILLIONS, partying, going on vacation, while s******* the poor people out of their gift cards. PLEASE HELP! This is NOT ok!Business Response

Fetch Rewards removed ******* points from my account without notice and declined six $50 gift card redemptions. Despite multiple support tickets and emails, the company has not responded in weeks outside of the automated responses indicating receipt of communication.I am a Fetch Rewards member. They recently had a major promotion for Fetch Week where rewards and points were significant should specific purchases with specific vendors be made. After making substantial purchases with these offers in mind and receiving the offers advertised, I attempted to redeem six $50 gift cards, which were inexplicably declined. Immediately following, ******* points were deducted from my account without any notification, reasoning, or response.I have submitted several support tickets and follow-up emails asking for clarification or restoration of points. To date, Fetch has not provided a reply. This is an unacceptable and unethical business practice. The tickets submitted via App have also been removed/deleted without response.I am requesting a full restoration of points or fulfillment of the gift card redemptions. I can provide screenshots and transaction evidence upon request.Business Response

Fetch had a promotion during their Fetchtopia event stating if you were a new customer to ********** and signed up you would receive ****** points. I signed up through the provided link, waited for my points to come through and when they did not I reached out to Fetch support. Over the last week they have been emailing back and forth with excuses as to why they will not give me the points that they advertised. I followed the promotion, have the email address connected to Fetch that I have been successfully using with Fetch for over 2 years, and now they are refusing to complete their offer. I have seen many people complaining about this particular promotion, all with different excuses why Fetch will not uphold their end of this. I am due ****** points from this company. I have attached screenshots of their offer as well as the proof they demanded of offer completion.Business Response

I downloaded a game that was recommended on the Fetch rewards app because you're supposed to earn points for different levels completed. I I've completed multiple levels and haven't received all of the points that I was to receive. I've spent a lot of time and real money on the game to advance quicker on points. I've reached out to Fetch and they said "Please note that we're unable to manually award any additional points, but we encourage you to explore new games in your Catalog to continue earning!Just be sure the game is listed under My Apps/In Progress before you kick off your next gaming adventure." This game IS listed under my apps. The name of the game is "Dice Dreams". I just don't understand how they can recommend a game, give specific levels at which you earn points and then not honor the points when something goes wrong. I enjoy Fetch a lot but this seems extremely unfair and a bit shady.Business Response

Hello, thank you for reaching out to the Fetch team!
A thorough review was conducted in response to the concerns outlined in the user’s Better Business Bureau complaint.
During this process, it was determined that while the user initially downloaded the game on 01/10/2025, they began using a new device on 03/03/2025. Unfortunately, Fetch Play games are linked to the original device on which they were accessed and cannot be transferred to a different device.
As a gesture of goodwill, a one-time exception was made on 03/21/2025, and 6,255 points were awarded for the missed tasks. At that time, the user was informed that additional points could not be granted moving forward.
We encourage the user to review our Terms of Service with specific regard to Fetch Play, section 46 (https://fetch.com/terms-of-service)

Since I've downloaded Fetch and the game, I have never changed devices. I've consistently used the Galaxy s23 for over 2 years now. I'm wondering what the basis is for saying that it's not the same device.

I participated in a Fetch promotion during FetchTophia that offered ****** points for submitting a qualifying eReceipt for blue apron. I followed all instructions, and the receipt was sent to my connected email account. However, ******************** is now denying the points, claiming its due to my use of Apples Private Relay.I have reviewed Fetchs eReceipt Eligibility Requirements thoroughly, and nowhere does it state that Private Relay emails are ineligible. The receipt was delivered to my original, connected email address which meets their stated criteria.Ive reached out to customer service multiple times to resolve this issue and have been dismissed each time with the same reasoning, despite no written policy supporting their decision. This feels deceptive and misleading, especially since the promotion was heavily advertised and I completed it properly.I am requesting that Fetch honor the promotion and issue the ****** points I earned.Business Response

So I recently heard about fetch rewards and so I downloaded it. I seen you basically buy stuff to get points which you can then redeem for gift cards. I **********. ot of items that I would buy anyways so I went on a shopping spree to get all the points I could especially since they were offering double points for Fetchtopia. I ended up getting over ********* points. I went to redeem some of my points for some gift cards and before the gift cards were processed I received a notification that the gift cards were canceled and that they took ********* points from my account. There is a way I can request a review and so I did. When I did they came back with a generic response saying that some of the receipts did not follow their submission guidelines. So they removed them. No orders or items that i got points for was canceled or returned and there was no photo of a digital reciept. I asked them which points were removed from which transaction and I asked them to put my points back on my account for the receipts that I submitted. They couldnt tell me which ones they removed and they basically just said that this matter is considered resolved and they are not adding the points back to my account. This company is receiving money from their brand partners but yet when customers go to redeem their points that they rightfully earned, they cancel them and take their points.Business Response
