Fetch rewards gives points for receipts. My wife and I submitted receipts from ACME markets.Same day and time.Both bought the same item.Fetch refused these as duplicates.I stated to them that NOT the same as I paid with a $10 and she paid with a $5.wWhen I complained again,I submitted the only proof I had,slip that I had torn up.They accused us of fraud.They have had many fraud accts.,but we did nothing wrong and were peanently banned from Fetch.We do not have multiple access. We are 2 seniors using Fetch as part of our day.My email is ********************** The original receipts to compare them are on our Fetch app.We really love this app and are not doing anything illegal. It makes us happy to be able to provide a useful app that helps our users get rewarded for everyday purchases.
While reviewing these two accounts, we found that both users were accruing points from purchases that were not their own. Per our terms of service, users should only snap their own receipts. Please refer to this page for more information: https://fetchrewards.com/terms-of-service/
Based on this activity evident in both accounts, we will not be able to reactivate these two accounts.
We strive to provide the maximum amount of points and savings to our wonderful Fetch users. Unfortunately, if somebody tries to fraudulently obtain points, we have to freeze that account.

I had used Fetch Rewards app to get points for years, and all my receipts were original.But today they deactivated my account,told me the reason was receipts were cut/pieced/folded and wont continue service with me. I downloaded this app a couple of days ago, and I had all my buddies use my referral code, and I racked up ALOT of points, so I bought 3 **** gift cards worth 25 dollars each. I go to scan another receipt, and it says my account is inactive. Will I still receive those cards after my account got deactivated? Fetch suspended my account during a security audit when I was redeeming a reward from my points balance. I have redeemed multiple gift cards before and havent run into any problems. I shop at ******* AND Target almost EVERY day due to the fact that I own a business and often run out of items, and just because I scan a ton of receipts doesnt allow this company to suspend my account without any explanation.Business Response

I have no evidence to prove but I had at least **** to ****** points. I was going to get a gift card and they had deactivated my account. Then I just deleted the app because I didnt know what to do. Then I was talking to some friends who experienced the same issue when your account was near the amount to get a gift card, it was suddenly deactivated. They didnt say what they deactivated my account for, they just deactivated it without telling me and only sent me an email we deactivated your account that was it and they didnt say why though. I like using fetch, in fact I referred so many people to get points when they signed up. Since they deactivated it, I do not have copies of all the receipts because after the 14 days, I just trash them all. i haven't used fetch rewards in well over 2 months because i was to confused before on how to sign up but now today i said why not try again and i did but it said my account is inactive and when i tried to make a new account but it said i already have one and sign into that account i am really disappointed since they finally made it easier but then they said that my account is inactive? all I'm asking for is help because i really believe in this app being good.Business Response

I downloaded fetch to get some extra cash and I scanned receipts I have saved up to ****** and and spent it on Amazon gift card and I started to save up again to buy a pencil case on Amazon because I still I have 5$ left over from my other Amazon gift card and the pencil case is 15(I needed to buy the pencil case for school) so I decided to buy an Amazon gift card I had ****** (which is 15$) I had more then enough points to buy a 10$ Amazon gift card. When I went to go buy it it say that my account was inactive or something like that and at the end of the message it said to email fetch rewards and I did I emailed them 4 days ago so I wen to check my email and I saw that they still havent responded.Now I havent only wasted my money I wasted my time on writing the email and scanning receipts I never scanned a fake receipt and I think the message is an error so please help me get my points back not think I wasted my time writhing email please, and thank you for reading this.Business Response
