I was using fetch rewards and I have a baby so I buy tons of diapers, so I was scanning many receipts for diapers and because I was they banned me. I had over 100 thousand points which I worked hard to get. I never used fetch but I heard about it through a friend and I scanned all my receipts and later that night when i try to claim a gift card to buy more diapers for my baby I was banned. While reviewing the user's account, we discovered multiple fraudulent receipt submissions. We can confirm that this user also created a number of accounts to benefit from self-referrals. This activity is not permitted as a user should only have one account and cannot self-refer. These actions go directly against our Terms of Service (https://fetchrewards.com/terms-of-service/). Hi I am very sad because my Rewards got cancelled but idk why .. can u please explain why it got denied? I'm waiting for a repsond please because I needed so long for those points I made 90k Points!! We reviewed the user's account and the ********************** in question. This user was involved with submitting fraudulent receipt submissions. These fraudulent submissions award points to the user's account and has since been removed by our team.
The user will not be able to redeem ********************** with points that have been received by fraudulent behavior.
This type of activity goes against our Terms of Service.

You guys deactivated my account for now reason at all! I haven't used the app in over 6 months and I decided "well why not come back and give it another chance" because it was confusing at first. After reviewing the user's account, we can confirm that we discovered a receipt submission that was corrected in a way that doesn't reflect the actual purchases made on the receipt and gained a substantial amount of points as a result. This behavior falls under fraudulent activity.
Per our Terms of Service, "Any form of fraudulent activity is a violation of these Terms. Fetch may take any action in its sole discretion against any activity it deems fraudulent, including deducting some or all of your Points, terminating your account, and taking any other legal or equitable action which may be available to us."
Due to the violation we discovered, the account will remain inactive.

There are 2 fetch reward accounts. The 1st/old one is registered with email ****************** The 2nd/new account was logged in with ****** gmail ******************** The 2nd one was created by mistake. I guess per customer only can have 1 account. So I gave the 1st/old account **************** to my husband, and let his phone number linked with it. I decided to use the 2nd/new account ******************** I did not use the refer code to create the 2nd/new account ******************** I think it is reasonable we both have a account. Last month fetch reward send me an email said if I upload a receipt , I would receive **** points. I did it ,but I did not receive the points. So I contacted them. _____________________________________________________________________________The first staff named ******. She thought I have 2 accounts. She deactived my account directly and transfered my points to my husband's account . She said she emoved the "new user" points as well, which means she transfered ***** points (the orginal is *****, I don't know what is "new user" points) .I explained there are two peple. The 2nd staff named ALSHA, she said " users are able to have one account". I think she means we are only allowed to have one account. I'm fine with it. But usually I use the app more than my husband. So I replied I want they transfer my husband's points to mine and deactivate my husband's account. I said this reques for so many time. The 3rd staff named ****** pretend to not seething my request. The 4th staff name JAMILLIA only did the deactivate my husband's account part without transferring points. The 5th staff ****** replied me 3 times and he did not do the tranferring points things for me. I'm tired of repeating things again and agian. They can check the ticket record but they did not. Or they just pretend to not see my request. I have the screenshot and email copy of the all message. I want them did the transffering points thing for me now.Business Response

Fetch Rewards employs a fraudulent scheme to lure its users into supplying copies of purchase receipts in exchange for points that can later be exchanged for gift cards. But once the user accumulates significant numbers of points, Fetch abruptly concocts a bogus reason to claim the user violated its terms of service, and then purports to permanently deactivate the account. The user is afforded no due process, no details concern the alleged violations of the terms of service, and no right to appeal or seek reconsideration. Instead, Fetch Rewards robs the user of their hard-earned points, and when the user attempts to complain to customer service, their computer system sends an endless stream of auto-response emails with no information and no option to speak to a person regarding the issue.What I have described above is what happened to my 14 year old daughter. And judging by the complaints and reviews on the BBB website, this is what happens to almost every user of **********************. After my daughter was subjected to their ridiculous auto-response emails, I attempted to send more detailed emails through her email account, outlining why Fetch's actions were unacceptable, arguably fraudulent, and possibly illegal. When that was met with more of the same insulting auto-response emails, I transitioned the string to my email account at work, where I am a partner in an international law firm. But because no one is apparently "minding the store" in the customer service department, the moronic auto-response emails were promptly sent in response to my emails from an entirely different email account, even on a Sunday afternoon. So now Fetch has my undivided attention, and this complaint to BBB is the start of a series of escalating steps designed to correct this behavior by Fetch and ensure that it either corrects its business model or stops doing business.Business Response

Per our Terms of Service, Fraudulent activity includes any action that is deceptive or an attempt to gain Points not in accordance with these Terms and includes but is not limited to, creating fake receipts, and submitting fake receipts is not allowed on our platform.

So I have a fetch rewards account and I think some other person has been scanning fake recipts on my fetch account when I told them not to and I got banned for it is there any way I could get that account back.
