I used the FETCH app to make a purchase that advertised 20 points for every dollar spent. I spent $499 before tax, which should have earned me ****** points. I first inquired when my points were not automatically added. They then manually added 1000 points. I contacted them and told them I had been given the wrong points. They asked for a copy of my order, which I gave them, expecting them to correct the points. Now they are telling me they cannot add the correct points because I already received the wrong 1000 points, and they can't be added manually, which is ridiculous, because they already manually added the incorrect amount of points. This is not the first time they didn't give the correct points, but usually they correct it. This time they didn't. It is false advertising, and I would like them to do the right thing and award me the correct 10, 000 points.Business Response

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to the Fetch Team!
Our Team reviewed this user's account and we have decided to award the missing points for this user as a one time exception.
When reviewing this order, it appears the user purchased an ineligible item from ***** Club. Ineligible items are determined by the retailer, and not Fetch. This user can review these points by tapping on their Account tab and select Points activity to view their point history and past receipts. If this user has any other questions, we are always available at ************************************************************.

The fetch app offered ****** points each for Whole Foods Garden of Life supplements. I purchased 2 supplements for a total of 30k points on 5/6/2025. I tried to upload the receipt the same day but the app did not allow it. The receipt was uploaded on 5/15/2025 and the points were refused and not credited to my account because "the offer had expired". This is completely wrong because I purchased the items before the deal expired and the receipt was dated prior to the deal expiration. I contacted the company and they refused to credit me points. Failure to credit points happens very often with this company. I then requested the contractual documentation for the app, a copy of the company's terms of service agreement for the app. Also, any other agreements that outline the use and rules of the app as well as any other agreements that the company (Fetch) may rely on to support their position in this matter. The company has not responded or provided any documents to this day.The company is falsely advertising points and offers in order to generate traffic and money for the company.Business Response

Thank you for contacting the Fetch Team.
A detailed investigation has been carried out into the matter raised in the complaint. Upon investigation, we can confirm the user submitted their receipt after the offer expired.
As a one-time exception, we have awarded the points to the user's account. Due to high demand and limited availability, offers may end before the date listed on it. Please note that in the future, once an offer ends we are unable to award points.

I completed offers and submitted VALID receipts and Fetch declined my gift cards and took my points. I want EVERY point restored AND my gift cards. If not, I'm calling an attorney and starting a Class Action. We don't have to follow your Arbitration policy when you violate your own Terms. You are SCAMMING people with FALSE promises. No. You are incorrect. These are NOT printed out eReceipts. These are store receipts. You don't get to tell me what my receipts are, when I KNOW what they are. Fetch just doesn't want to pay. There are complaints about this all over the internet, including here. You are being paid by these Companies to promote their products, but you are not paying the people, when they buy them. You are scamming people. It's quite clear why Fetch is making millions. They lie so they don't have pay out what they promise. What you will do, is pay out JUST enough to make a Class Action Lawsuit not worth the effort.

YOU are lying. They ABSOLUTELY are valid receipts. But, it doesn't matter. I've already gotten all the evidence I need to start a Class Action. I have everything documented, along with the receipts. Fetch is misleading their Advertisers and scamming Consumers. There's a reason they're not Accredited by the BBB.

I have requested Fetch Rewards to delete all of my account information and withdrawn access to my personal email etc in writing using their designated form 4 separate times in the past two weeks just to have my requests ignored. Requiring a 45 day waiting period to process an account deletion is ludicrous. Business removed all of my rewards points after I attempted to facilitate a return of an item because it was delivered to the wrong address. Business took over ****** points from my account and declined that I could cash out ****** points for my reward when returned item value was only ***** points. I want the ****** points returned to my account. It is unreasonable to take all points - how could someone possibly know when a receipt is issued that they will need to return an item? It is likely this scenario will continue based on any consumers changing needs after products are delivered. The business policy to take all points if an item points were awarded in is returned is in no way reasonable or logic. The business should only remove the value of the points for the returned item.Business Response

On May 1, 2025 I reached out to Fetch customer support to open a ticket because I never received points for a game level I passed. I read all the documentation and I have screenshots to prove the game is still in "my apps" list and that I reached the required level for points. I am level 40 which should pay out ***** points as shown in screenshot provided. The representative ***** and ***** posted the exact same copy and pasted response to my email. I'm not even sure they're real people because they never answered any of my questions or helped me at all. I understand sometimes the app doesn't pay out points correctly but that's why opening a ticket exists. I just want a real person to reach out to me and help with my missing points. I have received no real explanation as to why the points cannot be added to my account.Business Response

*******, L2 Senior Workforce Clerk, was being dismissive in regards to my issue with him not giving me my 4000 points! It's his fault that the app gave a false VPN detection reading and costed me from playing a game from their my apps tab to get those points (5000) on the last day of the offer! A 1000 credit is 1000---not 5000---you owe me 4000 more points! Stop playing games with me!Business Response

I have been using Fetch for several years. Recently, I have noticed they are giving larger point values for trying the products they advertise on their site. Most are common manufacturers....Dove, ******************, ********, etc. You can also get points by purchasing from retailers through their site....***** Club, ******, Temu, etc. They also will allow multiple redemptions on these products. I have been purchasing quite a bit of items to try new products, use them for gifts, etc...and then I obtain gift certificates through Fetch (typically ***** Club, Bass Pro, etc.) A $50 gift card is ****** points, so it takes a while to obtain one and quite a bit of purchasing.Recently, Fetch has taken ******+ points away from me and told me I fraudulently submitted receipts. 98% of my receipts are electronic with their system connected to my email and retailers sites directly. I have asked for proof of which receipts. I keep getting canned responses and am being told the matter is closed. It is not closed, I followed the rules and if my receipts are submitted by Fetch connecting directly with retailers....how am I manipulating the receipts. If I am being accused, I want the proof of where I did this and how. A $2.5 billion company is going to take away points that won't even amount to a $20 gift card yet. This is so frustrating when now I can even get a response.Business Response
