  I have made several attempts at collecting on bonus points. I took screenshots of my receipt as requested by a customer service representative. Then I was told to correct my own receipt.
  Which I have also tried several times with no luck.
  I’m done and will warn everyone I know not to use Fetch.

  I set a goal to get 50,000 points by the end of this year. I am currently at 30,000 plus points. Suddenly my phone is blocked as incompatible, and I have no way of cashing in my points. There website does not offer any resolve and when I did a chat, I was told it is not their fault my phone is no longer compatible.   They are scammers, they have offers that offer you points for signing up for programs and when you sign up they wont honor their offer and the customer service just says sorry and responds with copy and paste responses

  Fetch is a terrible app and scam! NEVER have I received so many spam emails. I know its a result of downloading Fetch because its the only change Ive made in months. I tried to cancel with no success. Eventually just logged out and deleted the app. Im still getting 20 spam emails a day! Terrible app with no results to date. Dont believe that social media hype.

  I would not reccomend using fetch app to get rewards,I scanned 10,000 points worth ob recipts tried to cash in for a amazon $10 gift cardthey sent me a code to use on amazon. well Itried the code to make a small purchase but amazon would not even recognizethe code.I have deleted this fetch appp from my smart phone,what a painjust abig joke on me.   This app was working great u til there was some kind of system glitch. The system ran the same 2 receipts over and over again. Fetch deactivated my account saying I did it on purpose. I had no idea this had happened until I tried to scan a receipt and it said my account was deactivated. I had over 60,000 points and they took them. I asked them to review it and all I got was I violated the terms. I have heard several people say the same thing happened to them and the app took their points so they wouldn’t have to pay out the gift cards. I’m so disappointed in this.

  There s big scam I had gotten 50,000 points so I earn enough points for a 50.00 gift card when I tried to activate it they took me to a site that said Amazon but it wasn't Amazon cause I have Amazon app and account and when I called Amazon myself they had never heard of fletch and had no account with them and no 50.   They have no number, wont delete acct. it learns where u shop, what u buy and forces u 2 buy products u dont usually buy

  I don't write reviews, but there's always a first. I uploaded a receipt from Home Depot valued a little over $300.00. They came back and told me the receipt had already been loaded by another user. I went through 5 different customer service reps and none of them could tell me any info. All they could tell me is that someone else had already loaded the receipt, i.e. family/friend. Impossible because it was in my purse from date of transaction and none of my family nor friends have this app. They offered 100 points - I refused. I wanted to get to the bottom of who loaded my receipt but just kept getting the same answer - I'm teetering on this is a scam app. Don't bother with this app the customer service needs a facelift - join Ibotta, the customer service is wonderful.   It's been very good since I joined, now when i send my receipt from my phone it doesn't show purchases. They are not giving me points for Lays chips and Thomas english muffins, etc. It doesnt take pictures of the receipt. Shows odd items.
