    Fetch F'img sucks!I've had at least 6 different delivery requests go wrong. 1. Delivered to wrong address, 2. Had to drive 30 minutes to pick up packages.. 3. Packages delivered outside of scheduled delivery time.. 4. Lying about "sorry we missed you" when I've been home waiting FOR TWO DAYS!FETCH IS UNRELIABLE!

    They state you get points for any receipt when infact they now choose which receipt and for what items you get points for now. I have screen shots of their responses. It is really quite scamish if you ask me and I will be warning people of using this app what will happen. This is really a risk just for some points for a gift card. I will be looking into other options for receipts.

    I don’t know why this company exists. It doesn’t even deliver packages when it says it’s supposed to. Doesn’t show an estimated delivery time. Just horrible ??

    I successfully used this app for around 5 months and was able to get around $50 I rewards back. In the last few weeks I referred a friend and utilized a couple high dollar offers and earned another $50 in rewards. All of the sudden my account is deactivated with no notice and no other explanation than expected fraud of tampering with receipts.
    The only thing I can figure is that it's because I fold my receipts to take photos so I don't duplicate the lines. Nowhere in their terms does it say you can't do that. They refuse to send copies of this suspected fraud. I still have every receipt submitted in my files.
    Their own terms of service state that I have 30 days to dispute a claim of fraud but was sent an email today saying they were closing my case. How am I supposed to know when my account was deactivated, they never notified me and as of yesterday I was still able to scan receipts and earn points.
    I call fraud on them....

    This company is horrible forget your insurance that comes with any package you order online and expect a delay in delivery from 2-6 days! The real carrier has to drop it off to the fetch warehouse first if they are busy it will be delayed even longer!

    Worked really hard to obtain points for a $50.00 Macy's e-card. However the gift card wasn't usable. Macy's informed me that the gift card had been redeemed two months prior to the card being issued to me. Contacted Fetch who told me that they contract with a third party company and have no way of verifying the e-card. All they have is a record that it was sent.

    I had 14,414 points until I purchased a new cellphone and then FETCH refused to INSTALL me my points to the new iPhone. FETCH IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS…. I WAS SORT OF enjoying this app until they showed their hands…??

    Just recently had ****** points taken away from me, they were saying, I had a fraudulent receipt, which they are not. all are legitimate. There were certain products that I had to purchase for these points. I did my part now theyre saying I am fraudulent if this doesnt get worked out Im deleting my account. Im letting a couple of other people that are close to me know about this also.

    About 1 year to reach reward (even with bonus)
    Honestly, ABOUT Close to a year to finally reach a mere $10 reward (I counted it).
    November 2021 - 2022.. Besides the fact that a small percentage of reciepts were retracted for some reason with no explanation..........
    Even with occasional rare bonuses here and there,
    it has just been that long. I am tending leaning on uninstall it and trying something else.

    I used this app for a year to earn enough points to get a $25 Amazon card. After a day and a half online with fetch and Amazon,they amazon had no idea what I was talking about. Don't waste your time.
