    I love Fetch. It took me a little while to learn the best approach for using it. Now I just review Fetch points offered for the different products before I go grocery shopping. If there are things I need, I will purchase those Items Fetch is offering. Points accumulate quickly. For Christmas I gave each of my grandchildren and my daughter a gift card that I earned by using Fetch. Now my husband and I earn enough points s to purchase $50 gift cards at our favorite restaurants. Its such an added bonus for just doing my usual grocery shopping. And its so easy. Just snap a picture of each receipt and watch your points tally up for your next gift card.

    Terrible customer service. They approve points then when going to cash them in for the reward, somehow, over 1,000 of my points are no longer valid. They won’t provide answers as to what transactions are no longer approved or why. I do not trust this app any more

    Fetch has been a lot of fun and I've invited a number of friends to join. I've not had any issues that were not handled promptly and in a professional way. The app has gotten more complicated with multiple games and activities but I like to keep things simple so I've just not chosen to participate.

    Made it to the 2 highest levels of a game which award the most points and they missed awarding you. So when I sent a complaint after reaching the one level they gave me only 1/2 of the missing points. I complained and they said they only awarded one time. I treated a bad review and they gave me some more points. I reached the highest game reward points and again did not get the points so I complained and the AI complaint area said they only awarded one time. So I am now out 8,000 points which is a lot for the app. They suggest you play another game. Which I am sure the same thing will happen when you get to the highest award level you won’t get the points.
