    Fetch was once a good app, but now they are becoming very fraudulent. They had a huge Fetch rewards day program with double points which I participated in, and they took all my 35,000 points away!chatting with customer service is no help either. It’s all copy and paste answers. Will not be back and definitely will not recommend.

    I feel fortunate to be a part of Fetch Rewards, though I never win any of the Sweepstakes that I use many points to enter. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE FetchTopia ??
    I am only saddened that I didn't get Several of the popular offers that Many others received.

    I have been using Fetch for several years now, but unfortunately I feel like something has changed for the worse! I have issues with getting my points for the deals they offer, and just today I lost out on over 5000 points due to the ineptitude of their customer service. I made a purchase through one of the fetch shops (as I have done before with no problem) but never got any points. I emailed them my invoice with all of the details as they requested, and instead of giving me the 6780 points I was supposed to earn, they arbitrarily gave me 1250 and said it was my error!? When I pointed out that I was indeed correct, they responded by telling me that since they had already awarded me some points on this purchase already, they could not award me more! say WHAT? Last month I almost lost out on 7000 points for a different purchase, and I finally got customer service to award them. It is a total hassle for a measly $5 or $10 bucks in gift cards. I will never use them again and am deleting their app!

    I have been on fetch for 14 months now. I enjoy shopping for the items that I use already and achieve points towards gift cards. Any issues are solved quickly and by great folks! Really think this is the best receipt scanning app.

    One of the best pay-out receipt apps out there! Between connecting digital receipts to directly earn from and snapping every receipt, you gain massive points to turn in for gift cards of your choosing; the choosing is also quite extensive and really good picks! My #1 cash back app!

    I have had 2 issues with not receiving extra promotion points, on the same product, on 2 different occasions. I never got my points the first time, but the second time it was corrected very quickly. Make sure special promotions are still available if you are going out of your way to get extra points. The first time I did not receive my points, though I was still in the promotion date timeline, FETCH ended the promotion early. It was a product I buy regularly and I was excited I would receive the extra points. I do not think that it's is ok to end a promotion early, no cool FETCH. Overall, I love the app.

    Solve issues fast and earning rewards is fun and sometimes a cool challenge like a game. For instance, trhing to buy items i want for the most points at certain retailers. I have earned up to 5000 points and recieved 2 gift cards so far. This is legit. Though I don't know what they do with all our receipts, info, and shopping habits.
