    I use this app and another app. The Fetch app is loaded with ads. Every game is nothing but ad after ad after ad. The other play and earn app is not nearly as bad with ads as Fetch is. I am going to get to the next goal and leave the app completely. Not only are Fetch games loaded with ads Fetch doesn't always update the points I earn. I get tired of having to contact support to give me the points I earn. Support does give me the points but it is really a hassle because the process is difficult. Fetch is not an easy app to earn money off of receipts either. Most of the time you have to shop numerous times for an item to get any points from shopping.

    So far so good in collecting the points. I haven't tried to redeem them but I have a friend that has been using it for quite some time and they just love it. They save up their points for the holidays. And get gift cards. And so I'm hoping for the same experience

    They wouldnt honor a purchase I made from ***** (an online retailer) for a 500 bonus reward even after explaining that e-receipts didnt recognize the receipt. Im so disappointed and have decided not to waste my time with them anymore. It seemed unreasonable for them to deny it since ***** is ONLY an online retailer.

    Fetch gets our information and shares it. We have had some benefit ( a couple of gift cards) but now none of the cards are working at the businesses and Fetch has not responded. I'm clearing them from my cache to protect myself because there are too many suspicions from shared information, and too many fake rewards.
