    On July 2nd I placed an order and paid extra for overnight shipment. I paid in bitcoin the transaction was approved and completed same day. I paid extra to expedite the bitcoin confirmation process as well. Today is July 18th I have not received the product and I have reached out via email, phone call, and ******** and have not received a response on my order status when I check online it says processing but 16 days and still processing when the website states shipped next day and I paid for overnight shipment I am beginning to think I am not recieving my order at all.

    i placed an order on june 22 2023 for $100 and never received anything.after several attempts to email i got no response and the phone number listed doesn't work they flat out stole my money

    On June the 16th I tried to make a purchase from the mimosa root shop for some mimosa root bark, I wanted to make soap. But the website told me to make the payment through cashapp, I did the full transaction, paid the exact amount in full which was $85.0 but soon after they told me the payment failed but refused to give me back my money, Ive been asking for weeks and recently I received an email from an attorney asking for me to put my private information on Id.me such as my social security card numbers which Im not comfortable with, so now Im hoping we can resolve this in much easier way that wont reveal any of my extremely personal information. So essentially I was promised a product, I paid the full amount, they told me it failed and refused to give me back my money.

    On 5/24/2023 I ordered MHRB total cost ******paid with cash app. never received product several phone calls and emails no response. Sent a request to get money back thur cash app and was refused by Mimosa Root Shop

    I purchased an item for $168 on May 20th abd the item was supposed to arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Here it is the 28th and I have no product, and not only do I not have a product, they fail to return any of my emails, which have emailed them 3 times, with no response now! The phone number they have listed brings about 20 times and then goes to a busy signal. I get no response whatsoever from any form of communication. I would appreciate any and all assistance in the pursuit of either my product or a refund. Thank you

    5/1/23 I paid through cash app $59.70. They said the payment failed but it was taken out of my account. Ive emailed the business multiple times and it says no address exists. The address they responded from was not the one on the site. Its ******************* Since I told them I was going to report them they havent responded.
