    Filed a claim online for a leaking garbage disposal. 30 min later got a call from the contractors to set up an appointment. Day of appointment they Removed and disposed of existing, leaking garbage disposal. Furnished and installed a new garbage disposal and flange. Rebuilt trap as well. Tested work and confirmed proper operation.

    UHP has been good to us. Wife calls me at work with a problem: I call UHP; their trusted providers call me to arrange service, DONE. I have always gotten prompt response and courteous repairs.

    Overall good experience, helped me quickly. However, when I had an issue with the repair and called back whoever I spoke with was extremely rude to me. When I asked to clarify he said “I just told you ___” in a very sassy tone.

    The people at UHP are great. I filed a claim for our air conditioner at 8pm on a Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon we had a local service company over to evaluate our situation. We needed a new air con and within a week the work was completed. They are quick and efficient to take care of their warranty customers. Thank you.
