      Purchased walk in shower Oct. 2024. Reported showerhead pulling away, after filing a complaint with bb they came and repaired. Showerhead pulling away again and I question why the caulking is turning yellow. Did 2 repair request on website and 2 phone calls since April 12 2025 and no return call.

      Had a shower unit installed they had unqualified installers that installed it wrong two times. The unit had to be removed and reinstalled two times the third time it looked good it was done right but it leaked they came out 5 times and it appears not to leak now. I was promised a $500 dollar refund and a $100 dollar gift card because of the delays and inconvenience. The salesman promised this job would be done in two days, it took at least 14 days to complete the job should have been done *****- 2024 it was not completed until 4-14-2025. This is the worst remodeling project I have ever had done, the least Mad City can do is make good on their promise of the $600 refund.

      Excessive gap at the base of shower wall under window and also at the window the caulk at the window is turning black, the leaking will eventually cause the floor to go. The business has made multiple attempts to fix this but now the window is starting to turn black. I reached out to the finance company and they have filed a complaint with the business and this was a month ago and I have not heard anything as of yet. When they knocked the tub out they busted through my living room wall. They fixed this and both times they came out they did not charge for the repairs. I can basically stick my pinky finger through the gap in the left corner of the wall. I would like it fixed because I definitely need it. I would like them to correct problem and I do not need them to keep coming out.

      Several months back I clicked on a link for ******** to look into an estimated quote for a bathroom remodel. I now am suffering with 5 to 6 calls per day every day. I have never spoken to anyone on any of these calls. I have blocked more numbers from ******** than I can even count. This has been going on for months now. The numbers they call from change constantly and I continue to block the numbers. I have never spoken to any one on these calls hoping they'll just quit calling since I do not answer. It does not seem it would matter if I tried to find a number to call to demand that the calls stop as it appears my number has been given out to many many different sales personal. I WOULD NEVER RETAIN THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY KIND OF REMODEL BASED ON THEIR INCESSANT NUISANCE PREDATORY CALLING. I want to be removed from any call list relating to Mad City Remodeling permanently.

      I merely inquired (not interested in buying) on website called *************** ad info for senior citizens including a Mad City ************* ads. Phone has rung non-stop with caller ID showing "Mad City" & different phone #'s. Need whatever location this spam-type calling is coming from to stop. I am 82 yrs old w/ *********** & only looked on internet while I got up to take my pills & need phone to stop ringing every couple of minutes. No one speaks when you answer. Please send my phone # to their call center. I see other people have complained about their constant calling to you, also so I presume you already have contact info for this matter with them. Thanks.

      I have been calls. On stop without voice messages. I have blocked all the different numbers the company has called from. Without voicemails I do not know what you are calling about. Bad customer service/prospecting. Please stop calling me. I am not going to answer.

      I saw an ad about shower remodel. I was looking just for an email quote or online pricing. You had to provide a phone number to get quote. I got a call immediately after submitting the request but I was at work and couldnt answer. No message was left. In the next 8 hours I got 25 phone calls all labeled from mad city. I blocked them all. They were coming from different phone numbers. Im still getting them. I also got a text from a number and I asked them to please stop its harassment. I was interested in a quote but based on the calls from today, I would not use them.

      Im being harassed by this company and their workers. They are calling me nonstop from different numbers, showing up to my house, and sending me mail. I also called to cancel my appointment and they hung up on the phone when I mentioned that I didnt want to schedule a new one. Im scared that they are going to keep harassing me until I give in to signing something.

      This company keeps calling me, and don't say anything, even goes to voice mail and doesn't say anything. It's very annoying they don't stop. This is right it's harassment.
