      Mad City Windows and Bath did a good job removing my old walk in bath tub and installing my new shower/tub combo for a reasonable price. They took good measurements and custom fit the tub/shower into the space well and did a good job with the window trim kit (there is a window in the shower). Good job overall and would use again.

      We had all new windows installed by Max City and they did a wonderful job! They showed up on time and got the job done pretty quick and did quality work on everything! Couldn’t be happier!

      Mad City replaced our bathtub earlier this summer. They were on time, quick, clean, and professional. As promised, the entire project was completed in one day. The bathroom is right next to my 1 year old’s room, and even though I told them not to worry about being quiet while she was napping, they turned off their radio and had all conversations in the garage anyways. When they went to put the bathroom door back on, some of the veneer came partially off of the door (through no fault of their own - it’s an old door we had been meaning to replace), and the technician went back out to all the tools he had packed up and put a few screws into the veneer so we would be able to close the door still. The tub is beautiful and low maintenance. Even though it was more expensive than some other companies, their service and quality of product made the cost totally worth it. We would 100% recommend them and plan to use them again when we are ready to remodel our master bath.

      We got windows from this company when it was called New Windows for America. The service and install was great. However when I came to needing to replace a window I had the worst service of all. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone, there is no response and it has been 5 weeks since ordering a replacement with no follow through. Finally got a response and service was supposed to be today and I have heard nothing. I called and emailed and nothing. Terrible company i would not recommend to anyone.

      I bought windows from this company back in 2018 and again in 2020. It is now 2022 and as of this review, they are not finished. Each time they visited to install windows, some big detail was wrong. The first time, the exterior wrapping color was wrong, then it was the wrong window type, followed up the wrong hardware on the correct window type and today it was both the wrong window type and wrong hardware color. It takes months to a year to have them make corrections.
      It is extremely hard to call this office and get any support. You are left ringing for minutes until their automated system hangs up on you without warning. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. They'll might get the job done but only after a thousand paper cuts and it is not worth your time and they are not worth your money.

      They did an amazing job on our replacement windows and patio slider. They showed up on time, protected our floors with drop cloth’s and cardboard. They cleaned up the site every night before they left. They were courteous and ready to answer any questions we had. Very happy with the finished product.

      I had a tub to walk in shower replacement done by Mad City. I found them very professional to work with. The person that did the job was friendly and did a great job. I am extremely happy with the end product. I would have to them do future work would I need it.

      They re did our shower and it turned out amazing. Took 3 days and they finished on a Sunday. 8months later and still love it
