      Absolutely love the new shower. They were in and out in one day. Shower rod didn't fit they were back to put in a new one. So much more room. Highly recommend them.

      Two thumbs up for great service!!! I had a new shower installed and the old tub removed. The crew was prompt, polite and did a really excellent job! I love my new shower. The sales guy, on the other hand...I won't ever deal with him again. Pushy to the point of being rude, and got upset when I wouldn't do things the way he wanted. No problem, I can handle that and showed him the door, then he called back later and saw things my way. I would definitely use this company again, just not the sales guy.

      They removed and replaced all my windows in my home on 1 of the hotest days of the year. They did a great job, and stayed until the job was complete. Great job Mad City.

      It took Mad City (Wausau) over a year to plan, get on the same page, and finish our bathroom install. Initially, they came to our door saying they could do a bathroom for us. Their salesperson was nice but the mismanagement and poor communication led to us having several of their employees in and out of our home, several nonsensical changes to the bathroom plan, and our calls/questions/emails going unanswered. The manager, Terry, is disrepectful and dismissive. I expressed anger and asked to speak to his manager and he ignored my dissatisfaction and request. We have NEVER received an apology, even when I filed a BBB complaint due to them not attending to unfinished parts of our bathroom. They display incompetence with collaborating and communicating with contractors. While in the end, our bathroom was finished, it took 4 months for them to complete it (in addition to the year of poor planning that pushed the start date out several times that proceeded it).
      This was a huge disappointment in terms of customer service. We were not given the dignity and customer service that should be given to everyone.

      Mad City has been great to work with. We love our new windows! No more old, drafty windows upstairs, and we still plan to use them to replace our main level windows. Installers were great and cleaned up everything once the job was completed.
