  We had our bathtub converted to a walk-in shower. From start to finish everyone was personable and professional. I will definitely use Mad City when we are ready to replace our windows!!

  I was very happy with the job that Mad City did on my shower replacement project. My master bathroom had a very small, dingy one-stall shower. But Mad City was able to make it bigger without moving any walls, simply because of their unique paneling system which takes up less room than the old-school fiberglass shell. The process for understanding the unique benefits of their product, picking out my preferences, scheduling the install, etc went very smoothly. Any company I looked at for this project was more than I wanted to pay, but that's just because this stuff is expensive. But Mad City was competitively priced AND I actually understood exactly what I was getting, so I at least felt better about it. I highly recommend! (*****, job #******)

  "IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION "At the end of August of 2022 we had a shower installed by Mad City Windows and Baths, ******. Since that day it has been an absolute battle to get our shower done correctly.Here is a list of our ongoing grievances/issues with our shower. Several were repeated complaints that are still not "cured"(*):? The built wall was never finished.? Only 3 screws were put in the built wall.? New concrete not level under shower pan.*? Relocated drain pipe not level.*? Shower pan defective.? Shower head was installed 6 inches higher than agreed.? Continues thud in the wall where the new water pipes are located.? Caulk is poorly done throughout the entire shower.*? Hair trap/drain pipe off center.*After repeated attempts to get them to acknowledge the floor issue, we contacted our own plumber. He agreed with our concerns. We contacted Mad City and asked them to remove their product. Mad City refused to take the product out. Claiming we need to give them a chance to "cure" it. We gave Mad City so many chances to "cure" many of our complaints. How many chances do they need? Only one has actually been finished correctly. The main issue is the floor being unlevel, they repeatedly denied that issue (3 times he said it was fine, all their drains are like that). The field manager's way of fixing the unlevel drain/floor was to add more caulk to something that shouldn't be caulked. After all the disrespect, frustration, stress, and anxiety, we don't want to deal with Mad City anymore. We don't even like looking at the product because of all this chaos this has caused. If not for our persistence about the drain/floor being unlevel, Mad City would have chalked it up as a finished product and a satisfied customer. The shower was never finished and we are ABSOLUTELY NOT SATISFIED! The entire project was a fiasco. We completely feel like we have been scammed. There are other issues that have not even been addressed. There is so much more to the story. HORRIBLE

  Had a shower installed, job was done. However was disappointed with who showed up. I'm a senior citizen and was told what individual would be installing the shower. Which I appreciated. Ended up with a different crew. Two men and a girl. One man was in training. Had an issue with the shower rod, had ordered a straight and needed a curved. Also the guy who did the plumbing didn't patch up the hole completely. Had to have someone else do it.My other complaint is I've never received my gift card for using this company.I followed the instructions with the help of a family member who has done this type of gift card before. I even called the gift card company with no success. Then I tried calling Mad City to see if they would send me one thru the mail after explaining what I have been through, they refused. Personally I wish I would of used a different company.

  The windows I had replaced are excellent love them with new screens and beautiful new trim replaced also! Warranty is fantastic and response time was excellent. Installers were fantastic group of guys and work was done on time as stated. Would recommend highly!

  We had a master bathroom shower installed and had our original jacuzzi tub removed. Mad City also replaced one of our bedroom windows. The original window was not installed properly when our house was built in ****. For the past 8 yrs we have owned our house, that room has always stayed cold. The new window is great. That room is no longer cold and hasn't been since they replaced it. Our shower is nice and big. We love the shower. The only issue we had with our purchase was the initial scheduling. It took 3 mos, after the contract was signed, to finally get our work done. I was pretty upset by this, but the boss (****, I believe) made sure that we were given priority for our installation date. They got in on time, with that date, and they were all nice and professional. They cleaned up their mess, and they even returned to fix a piece of wood trim that was damaged during the installation. They replaced and installed a new piece of trim. We were very pleased and love our shower and window. We would use them again and would recommend them.JOB NUMBER **********.1

  They put in 17 windows to do the whole house. Said it would take one day worked until dark. Came back the next morning to finish. Good crew and cleanup.
