      On behalf of my mother i am leaving this review. They set up to do the siding and the windows. Issues with both. There are two spots that I sent them pictures for on the siding that they did not pull together and white is showing asks them to fix it and its still not fixed over a year later. There was a issue with the window in the front of the house had them come out and see about fixing it and they said they do not cover that kind of issue. 8 windows 15 thousand dollars later and you a few weeks later will not fix this window. What happen was not even done by us. The window in the middle of the night just blow out like a gun fire. It scared my 73 year old mother. The window had a middle section that blew out. Just on its own. Which broke the outer window. Did not touch the screen. The guy come and looked at it and said how the heck could that happen. Well it did and you will not repair it. Only the screen, well it did not even touch the screen. This should have been fixed. First i would not have paid 15, 000.00 for only 8 windows but to have it not be fixed and to have the siding not be fixed is horrible. Still no one will fix it. So she is stuck with more of a charge to fix the window.

      Our installer arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the job and asked us exactly what we wanted. He did a great job installing our new shower stall.

      Shot a rock through our bathroom window with the lawn mower and needed a replacement. Called Windows of Wisconsin and they said to send the measurements, so I did but never heard any response back if the measurements went through. So I contacted Mad City and within 2 hours they called back and scheduled someone to come to our house to measure the window for free with a quicker turnaround time than Windows of Wisconsin. Yes, it was more expensive, but it was triple pane with a lifetime warranty so if it ever breaks they'll replace it for free and it holds heat very well. Troy came and showed us options to chose from. Installation was quick and painless, considering it was winter when the window finally arrived. Highly recommend.
