After a hailstorm damaged the siding, soffits and fascia of my duplex in May 2024, I began researching contractors to repair my home. It took many months to find a company I felt comfortable working with. When I met Nate in sales, I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with me from explaining the process to choosing colors and materials. I appreciated that there was zero pressure from Nate. Just a lot of good quality information. I also appreciated that Nate put together computer simulations to show me how various colors and styles would look on my home, which made an agonizing decision so much easier for me. Once the day arrived for the installation, I worked with Steve who led the crew. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail and more communicative and responsive than I have experience with other construction companies. I felt like I was his only customer when I knew that in reality, he was juggling a lot of other projects for others. Steve is a perfectionist who ensured that the crew installed every material properly and he stepped in to make adjustments when needed. I would enthusiastically work with this company again.Ridge Top Exteriors, Inc.

Hail damage on your house can give you anxiety with all the storm chasers. A friend recommended RidgeTop. My sales rep Blake was friendly, knowledgeable and patient thru the whole process. When the crew showed up for my roof they where friendly, respectful of my yard and plants. Now waiting for my siding to arrive to finish my house. I would recommend RidgeTop to anyone. Your house is usually your biggest asset. Treat it as such and get a reputable company. They are taking care of all insurance work, providing the adjuster with details of every step with images. The house is 30 years old, and we only needed one side of the house resided. The house is large and the area needing the work has more square footage than many smaller houses. The chimney box is also on this side of the house. The chimney needed to be partially rebuilt due to water damage and wood rot. Ridge Top was very knowledgeable and professional. We received 3 quotes; the fourth company would not come out because we were only doing one side of the house. Ridge top was in the middle for pricing. Anderw the salesperson was on time, professionally dressed and very knowledgeable. Steve *******, the onsite manager, was great and explained the process every step of the way. Steve ensured every part of the job was up to code and meet Ridge Tops high standards. (Their standards are very high). Javier ******, the crew leader, is a master at his craft and his crew were great, very courteous, prompt, and clean (very clean) every day the work site was cleaned up. It took 4 days to complete the job, and the crew worked 10 to 14 hours each day. Javier, Steve and Andrew answered all our questions throughout the project. They met all our requests and even went above, like making a special cover for our water heater exhaust that matched the corner trim. We chose LP siding with a 30-year warranty on the paint. Ridge Top also provides a 7-year warranty on their work. We highly recommend Ridge Top for a siding project. We received excellent pricing on the job. We had a knowledgeable sales team (Andrew *********), excellent on-site management (Steve *******), and an excellent crew (Javier ******). We love Ridge Top's 7-year warranty on workmanship. Ridge Top also had excellent financing options that we took advantage of.

1 starThis business goes beyond unprofessionalism. If I could give them zero stars, I would for how unethical they are. I received an unsolicited roofing estimate from them via mail. They took it upon themselves to provide me a satellite photo of MY HOUSE along with my personal home address. Yes, I know these things can be obtained publicly via ****** ****, ******, etc., but it is an invasion of privacy to use that information in an attempt to gain business.
If I needed a home remodel project done, I would like to contact a business and INVITE them to provide me a quote. Send me unsolicited materials with this information using my address and photo of my house is beyond insulting and unprofessional. This so called business even provided a QR code to go to a website where all my information was also uploaded. It may be "legal" but it sure is unethical. Because of this, I will NEVER contact Ridge Top Exteriors for any home project (roofing, windows, siding, etc.). If this is how they operate to gain business, I am sure the actual work is just as shady. I mean, simply look at every negative review here. Some from the business always responds with snarky attitude because someone dared provide their honest experience. This company has terrible sales practices and customer service.
I will go out of my way to contact a competitor whenever I need a new roof, that is for sure.Review fromRenee H

1 starSTORM CHASERS!! Do not use them. Lie on everything you sign for them. They made me sign the job completion form when they were not finished with the project. They still had to schedule the gutter crew to come at that point when I was gullible to sign the form before they were finished. They promised to take care of me even though they were not completed and the job completion form contract was signed by me already. They said my loan expired even though I was told by Ridge Top at the initial loan approval I would be locked into a rate when the loan payments started. That is how they got me to sign the job completion form in advance of finishing job completion. I still was not satisfied at the time I signed the form but was promised in advance by Ridge Top they would make sure I got everything I wanted and needed before they left my project site. They had to come back numerous of times to fix stuff later that was installed incorrectly or installed damaged by manufacturer. If I wanted to order an item that had a lengthy future lead time they said it was too expensive for my budget so they wouldn't have to wait for the product to come making the project take longer than they wanted. They wanted everything done in a week to move on to other clients. They installed new windows, siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, inter and exterior doors. I did a complete flip on my exterior house. They left unwrapped materials in the yard that could be damaged by weather because they forgot to have crew come back out to cover it up. I wanted a Jeldwin interior steel door and painted. They quoted and charged me for it. They later said the lead time was too far out, I wouldn't be able to afford it and substitute it for a ******* Mastercraft steel primed door not painted. They instructed me I would have to paint it because it doesn't come painted. I told them I've never done that and wanted it done by the manufacturer. They installed Mastercraft Door regardless and can't get door to look nice.Review fromBrian N

Everything from the first visit to final installation (Roof and Gutters) was 100% professional. The communication on progress and updates was never lacking. Ridge Top Exteriors is by far one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We highly recommend anyone who has home exterior needs to contact Ridge Top. Their customer service, communication, craftmanship, and overall positive and fun attitude by all of their employees exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to Mitch ********, Mike ***********, Tony ******, Jordan *****, and Juan and his crew for a fantastic experience. We love how you all helped transform our circa 1888 house into our forever home. We couldn't be happier with our new roof, gutters, and siding. After several emails with wis. Rapids, project manager. Justin***********************, he was supposed to call with a roofing estimate this morning at 10:00. Again he has not followed through with his word. I just emailed them that if their work is as good as their word- I will pass.Ridge Top Exteriors, Inc.
