  Ben**************** - sort of a representation of this company lies and doesn't follow through with his promises. All my neighbors agree. It's a scam. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  Company is failing to correct failed roof repair after only several months since work completion. We're in our 70's and it appears that they are attempting to take advantage of us. They are not following through with assessing the damage. Again the work was done in 5/22 and our roof problems are the work they did. This has been reported to our Meemic insurance company as well. Riley ***** is the project manager who does not appear to be addressing our concerns. We want this problem rectified, ASAP!

  We had Ridge Top Exteriors replace our roof last year and were assured that the gutters and area around would be cleaned. We had a rain storm shortly after and our gutters were overflowing. When we checked to see why, they were full of sludge and and remnants from the old shingles that had obviously not been cleaned out. I sent a picture to the supervisor and also asked that the roof be rechecked since there was more hail within a week after replacement. I was told they would be by to check and they never came, even after several requests. My husband cleaned out the lower gutters and we will have to pay someone to check the high ones in the back. Very frustrating and makes me wonder what else may have been left up there or not done well. Customer service matters. Trust is earned.

  Our experiance with Ridgetop during covid was challenging. Supply issues, work schedules and a salesman that innocently created more problems than he solved. I was told the salesman has since moved on. We had health challenges that I must say that the Ridgetop team went above and beyond to work with us. The job foreman and install team did a great job with the product they were given to work with by their supplier. The thing that I believe that they could improve on is communicating things with the customers. I would recomend Ridgetop.

  I found their price to be very competitive. Josh was wonderful about letting me know when they thought they'd be able to replace my roof (there was a list of people ahead of me and of course weather delays). I have an unusual stone block exterior which makes the flashing difficult. We've been thru numerous strong rains and not a drop has gotten around the flashing. Strongly recommend.

  Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Roof repair for storm & wind damage Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness We had high hopes for Ridge Top Exteriors as we wanted a local business to complete our roof and gutters after a large hail storm this April on our four year old home. Unfortunately, we had a subpar experience and dealt with lack of communication and misrepresentation of product. At first, we had a great experience with Jordan. He sold us on a beautiful blue color for our roof. The morning the shingles started going on, we instantly recognized that the shingles did not match the sample we were shown. We immediately contacted Jordan to voice our concerns and he told us to “give it a few days.” They continued to install the shingles. When the roof was fully installed, the color was gray. Not blue. Even the inspector, Cody, agreed that the sample looked far different than what was installed. After speaking with Jordan, again, about our concerns, he agreed that the color was “normally much more blue.” After this, we asked how they would fix the issue and if the vendor was going to get involved. A month went by and we heard nothing until they called for a final payment. We asked if they received any information from the vendor to correct the issue and we were told, “if we wanted a new roof, then pay for it.” We have never dealt with such horrible communication and now have a roof that is not the color we ordered. We would not recommend Ridge Top Exteriors
