    We had COVID credit and were told that we can use them when we called in Aug 21. During this call, United said that we had year to book after we receive the credit confirmation email which we never received. We are within a year if the phone call and called to book; only to find they expired our credit. That is almost $4000 taken away without a warning or time stamp. Our COVID restrictions finally stopped in Feb 22.They have unfortunately took advantage of a dire time and took our money.Update: we were all off a sudden told our credit expired in June of this year and that we were emailed about it. Very convenient considering they didnt have a time stamp before? We have never gotten an email since the cancellations went out when the shutdown occurred in May 2020.
