Completed a study with them in March, I never received payment. It has been several months now. They have not returned a single email, or phone call. I have spoken to other participants and none of us have been paid. They owe me 240 dollars.Initial Complaint

I learned about the children's product's research study and quickly applied and was accepted. This included free diapers and a $240 payment for my task. Diapers, scale, and directions were promptly shipped to my address. The research included testing out various diapers and performing and submitting task via an app. I completed the study and submitted everything from March 16th- April 1, 2024. As stated in the email that I have attached "$240 in the form of a check will be sent after completion of study, up to 5 business days". We have well exceeded that timeline given and I have reached out through many emails and one phone call. My phone call and message was unanswered, but they did send out 2 emails saying payment was being sent, those emails are also attached. Payment was still never sent, which leads me to believe those emails were lies. Via their ******** page *********************************************************************** there are other people from my study not paid as well and I have included just some of the complaints I found on attachments. The name on the diapers we were testing was huggies. Therefore, I believe this company was paid my huggies to be the middle company and has pocketed the money we as the researchers should have been compensated. I would like the money that I was promised. I understand that problems arise, but this company is being very dishonest in their emails.Initial Complaint

I signed up through this company to do a multi week diaper study. I was approved, emailed directions, sent diapers to test and completed everything through the app. I was told on May 8th they would send my check and to give 5 days for **** delivery. I still have not been paid. They owe me $240 as promised and I have documented. At one point almost a month ago they messaged saying there was a mix up and the checks were being sent late. They would start going out the next Monday. That was 3 weeks at least ago now. I've reached out to the company the app used and no one can get anywhere. I did the job and deserve compensation. I signed up to participate in a diaper research study from 3/16/24 through 4/1/24. Recruited via this business, with research data put into Sago QualMobile app. Received product and completed study. Incentive is a $240 check, sent via **** mail within 10 days of completion, with first class mail taking 5 business days. I was Told by **** that I earned full incentive on 4/9 and the recruiter would contact me regarding incentive. Received contact on 4/10/24 that the check would be sent in the next days mail. Followed mail closely, no check. Emailed on 4/23 following up as check had not arrived. Received email on 4/26 that the payment processing vendor made an error and checks would be issued the beginning of next week. Watched mail closely. No check. Emailed on 5/9, no response. A few days later filled out the contact us form on their website (did not screenshot that), received no response. Emailed again on 5/16. Called on 5/17 and it went straight to voicemail, left message. Checked their social media to discover I am not the only one in this boat. I would like my incentive. I tested the product, completed all the data, and earned my incentive. I have done studies with multiple other companies and have never had an issue with no receiving the promised incentive.Initial Complaint

I completed a diaper study for this company. It ran from March 16 to March 31, we tested diapers and documented the results. We were promised $240 for completing this study. On April 10, we were emailed, saying we'd be paid in 3-5 business days, they were mailing the checks out. A few weeks later, after emailing them because payment hadn't come, *************************** said our payment was delayed an additional week because their payment company was behind. I've emailed ***** several times, ***** has now stopped replying to emails. The study was over almost 2 months ago at this point and I don't believe they're ever going to pay me. I was recruited by the company to complete a diaper study. It was a 16 day study which was completed and ended March 15. After completion of the study I was to receive $240 via check in the mail which was never received. I have tried to reach out to the company via email and via phone with no response. it has already been almost 2 months and incentive has not been paid out. I reviewed their ******** profile and they have the same complaint from others who also completed the diaper study and have not gotten paid. I participated in a diaper study size four for 16 days, from March 16-April 1 2024. I contacted the recruiter for the project named *************************** (CEO of the company) the week of April 8th regarding when the checks will get sent. He claimed at first the week of April 11th and then the week of April 29th because supposedly his accounting department messed up on the dates when the checks would be mailed. It's May 7th and I still don't have my check. I have called the number provided multiple times, been forwarded straight to voicemail and left messages regarding the situation and also emailed ***** personally multiple times regarding the situation and haven't gotten any responses. Also have left messages on the main website still no reply. I have even went as far as contacting Sago to help me contact this company to resolve my issues regarding my incentive because **** was involved in this study also. I have done my part regarding the study but still don't have my incentive and it is frustrating and aggravating being lied too after I have done my part for this study.
