    I was recruited at the beginning of March 2024 to test and provide 14 days of research to SAGO by the way of US Research Recruiting. I have emails communicating how much and when I'd be paid for my time, however after these initial communications, the owner and his team have gone silent. I have sent 5 emails over the span of 2 weeks however only one has been responded to in the form of a canned response. Original email from the owner on April 10th:"Thank you for participating in our paid diaper research study. Your incentive for your participation will be sent in tomorrows mail. Thank you again for your participation!"Since this communication I have repeatedly sent follow up emails and left a voicemail on general phone #. I believe this organization has been paid by **** for their recruitment efforts and are keeping the money I was promised as well as 2 other mothers I've connected with on ******** as well.Please help me resolve this matter as I provided everything that was asked of me under the understanding I would be reimbursed in the form of a check $240.I understand mail takes time to reach intended recipients, however the time frame I've allowed for this check to show up is outside the 5 business days originally communicated to me on March 7th 2024.

    I participated in a diaper research and completed everything.I received an email on April 10th stating that my check would be mailed out on the next business day and I haven't gotten anything so far.I have an informed delivery and I'm able to see all the upcoming mail .I reached out to the recruiter via two emails and a text to ask about the status of it and nobody has responded. I'd like to know the status of my payment and someone to contact me .

    I participated in a 14 day diaper research study from March 16 until April 1st. I was to be paid $240 at the end of the study. I received an email that checks had been mailed out but thats been 10 days now since they were supposed to be in the mail. I have yet to receive my payment which should most certainly been to my house by now. I have tried emailing to get no response and only to be sent to voicemail when calling their number. I took this study seriously and spent a lot of my own time participating. I had zero late or missing surveys. I have my childs birthday that I need this money for.

    I did a study through them and after completing the study and the team emailing me to reach out to the recruiting company that sent me the info to the study, I have emailed and called multiple times. No response either way. *** left voicemails and everything. I was supposed to be sent a check for $240 by 10 days after I had completed the study (this is what the email says) I completed the email on April 1st. Today is now April 17th. I have heard nothing back from them and have not received anything in the mail. I completely disrupted my schedule to do this study and now it seems I am not going to get paid for it.

    I participated in a diaper study that began on December 2nd and finished on December 16 the compensation was supposed to be $240. I was to try pull up diapers on my daughter as we were working on potty training. I received diapers and scale downloaded an app they required on my phone to answer questions and followed directions. After completing last questionnaire it said payment would be send some time in January no date or anything. I emailed ***** on 12/16 and received no response waited a few days and still nothing. Yesterday 12/22 I called and received a vm that representatives were busy leave a message and someone would call you once available. After an hour I called again this time I went straight to vm as if someone just forwarded the call. Tried again a same my calls seemed to be rejected and sent straight to vm. I emailed ***** and still no response again. I took time out of my schedule for 15 days only to not be paid. Its ridiculous I want payment as this was supposed to be send it said within 10 days of completion of study

    Took part in an online research study group on October 5th, 2022, hosted by the US Research Recruiting & Facilitation. I was promised that I would be paid $150 for the 2-hour session and would receive a check in the mail 3 business days after the online study. It has been two weeks since then and I have tried reaching out to the event coordinator, ***************************, without a response.

    As was specifically stated both verbally and written, the check was to be mailed within 3 business days after the focus group discussion and it was.  Everyone else in the group you had participated in, had received and cashed their check by time of this complaint.  You did not reach out to our company with a phone call, despite having a direct line to do so, as we made multiple follow-*** prior to the group with reminders to complete the required steps for your participation.  And on multiple occasions both written and verbally, gave you a direct phone line to contact us with any questions.  This was an unnecessary complaint.  Our company contacted you via phone as it is likely you accidentally discarded the check.  We have issued you another check that we will be mailing to the same address, after we verified the address we had was correct.  For this receipt of this check Hong, please be aware that standard first-class mail can take the **** up to 5 business days to deliver.

    Was told a group of us would be paid to take a survey and receive and Amazon gift card which never showed. After contacting them I was given a response and allowed additional time to receive compensation which then again never came. Since reaching out again multiple times, i have not been contacted back or given my earned compensation. This is exploitation. Attached are emails to the company and another employee who was emailed for a response as well. Even tried reaching through ******** and they have turned off messages for anyone to reach them.

    We have emailed this person and are attempting to verify her participation.  There was some confusion on our end as the email address the inquiry was made from was different than the email address used for study participation and only her first initial was provided in the sign-up form so we were not able to match her participation record.  We have reached out via email and are attempting to verify participation.

    [If they were attempting to verify information with me it coukd have been sent in an email or atleast respond to the multiple emails I did send and I would have given the correct information in a timely manner but my emails were ignored and went unanswered ]
