    A WARRANTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE COMPANY ISSUING IT !! We had 16 window, siding, gutters & trim put on our home in April of 2021. We are having continuing problems with locks on some of the NEW windows ( FROM THE DAY THEY WERE INSTALLED TO PRESENT ) not to mention pieces of shingles sliding down PART OF MY ROOF they were on and damaged it and had to replace about 8 shingles which pieces are now falling down, Called week of 7/18/2022 and was told I would receive a call back about issues. I HAVE NOT YET HEARD BACK FROM window select. When I call them, all you get is the runaround hold on game, somebody will be with you soon. HA! HA! They DO NOT and WILL NOT ANSWER EVEN IF YOU HOLD FOR AN HOUR. I would like information about ANY CLASS ACTION SUITS PENDING against this company.

    Window Select totally overbooked and underproduced. We ordered 4 windows last July, 2021 and are still waiting for them. We were first told, we'd get them in November, then December. Then January. Then April. Then the beginning of July. Today, 7/18/2022, I was told 9/22/2022. An incompetent leader-great salesman, ought to start up a traveling medicine show and travel from town to town.
