    Had entire house of windows replaced. Have seals leaking on all. Have life time warranty but no way to put into action. Winter coming. I feel I was one of their last installs. Took forever. What do I do.

    My windows are leaking between the sashes on all my windows. Want the to be fix or my money back. No way of getting warranty work done when they are out of business.thankyou and let me know my options.*****************************

    Our window had a faulty stopper, so a Window's select employee came out to look at it. The employee was drunk and took a knife to the stopper (thinking he could just pop it out) and ended up prying a hole in our window. Window Select said they would be providing ** with a replacement window April 2022. I called in April and they said it would be the end of 2022. I called at the end of *************************************************************************************** back. Now, I have tried emailing, calling, etc. to get our replacement "sash" and no one has gotten back to me.

    The owner contacted me and told me to tell the loan company that 100% of the job was done when it wasn't. Also they were supposed to come back and finish the job because they had alot of damaged windows but never came back. The owner won't return my phone calls.

    Windows and doors were ordered from Window Select Feb, 2022 and the sales rep required that I pay $17,100 as a down payment, this was 50% of the total cost of windows and doors. Many emails and phone calls to Window Select to confirm installation dates, went unanswered. On a subsequent phone call I was told the installation dates were postponed due to supply chain issues and the amount of volume. I receive my first email and phone call from Window Select on Jan 20th 2023, regarding the status of their company and the new partnership with ****************. I read that Window Select had filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, on Feb, 2023. Prior to receiving the email from Window Select I received a call from a representative at **************** to discuss moving forward with their new company, True-View Windows, and later confirmed that my down payment would no be returned or credited. To this day I have not received any confirmation of my windows and doors being ordered. This is a case of theft by contractor.

    Hi There, I Have Purchased Windows ***************** in 2021, Paid Full, ******** And Never Received Any Windows, I Was Told All the same Things They told the others and The wait for the Windows I Purchased in 2021 Being pushed out 24 Months,but they also said that windows purchased in 2022 were to be installed 12 months sooner than the 2021 Orders. I Cannot Get Through to Anyone Anymore With The number Provided,They Seem to Have Dropped off the Map.I Am Looking for a Lawyer Or Attorney that Must Be Handling The Other Customers Issues.If You Know Anyone Let me Know.I Am Trying to Get My Refund At The Very Least./Ill Be calling Around Anyway,Thanks Much

    In early Feb 2022, we went to the ************** ***************** for a Home Remodel show and stopped at the booth of Window Select and made an appointment for them to come to our house regarding a new patio door.On 02/08/2022, Window Select came to our house to discuss purchase and a contract was signed for a total of $3,761 and the amount of $1800 was paid for a down payment. We were told that due to back order and supply issues that the patio door may take 4 months. On 02/22/2022, Window Select came to remeasure for the door in their company truck and a form was signed that there were no changes to the initial measurements.In May 2022 - called the ** for update and was told delivery in June 2022.On 06/14/2022 - called the ** for update & was told delivery in July or Aug 2022.On 08/09/2022 - called the ** for update & was told delivery 10/08/2022.On 10/04/2022 - called the ** to confirm delivery date of 10/08/2022 & was told new date of 12/21/2022.On 01/04/2023 - called the ** for update and message that they are not taking phone calls and to send an email (which we did not as did not except a reply).On 01/18/2023, rec'd call from **************** stating they are calling on behalf of ***************************** will be filing Chapter 11. We were offered 2 options: 1) cancel contract & no refund. 2) still wanted patio door (which we did as we paid $1800). ****** said to look for an email on 01/23/2023 that would need to be e-signed to confirm we still wanted the patio door & return asap to get on list for door/installation in 2023.On 01/23/2023 - did not receive an email. Later in same week we called **************** and 1st call - no answer & 2nd call - said to leave a message.The week of 01/23/2023 - called Window Select and recording said that next agent will be with you and after a long wait & no answer - ended call. We are requesting a full refund of $1800.

    I purchased windows for 2 properties from Window Select in November 2021. Total cost $28,400. I paid a $14,200 deposit by check at time of ordering. I was promised window installation in February 2022. They delayed me until May 2022 and again to July 2022. When I called in July 2022, I was told the windows were completed and expected in the warehouse on July 31 2022 and that I could expect installation the first week of August. I called again at the end of July and was told there was no record of that conversation and that the windows would be delayed again until January 2023. I then started hearing about all of the non-fulfillment of orders after investigating on the Internet. Since I live 2 hours from Milwaukee, I never heard any local news about it nor did I receive any correspondence from the company. On January 16, 2023 I received a phone call from a third-party contractor questioning me on all of my order details and explaining that Window Select was filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I was told I would receive an email by the end of the week outlining the details of the situation. I did receive that email on January 20, 2023. The email letter stated that another email will be sent after the Chapter 11 hearing outlining the options I had as a customer. Ive been told that you either ******************** to get the windows from the third party investors or you get nothing. A refund is not an option. Windows installation will be based on first-come first-serve, so it sounds like there is only a limited supply of money to help a small number of customers recoup their losses. I did my homework before selecting Window Select and they came up with a 5-star rating and many happy customers. A $14,200 loss due to bankruptcy is a huge amount to lose. I would appreciate either a full refund of my deposit or the exact windows, with the full guarantees, in which I contracted for. The owner of this company should be criminalized and put in jail for his deceptive practices.
