Very Knowledgeable about the products and the work involved. They answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. Workers did an excellent job of installing my new roof and were very conscientious about clean up. BCI worked with my insurance company. Thanks to BCI for a great job.BCI Exteriors, Inc.

Well, we had a rough start. Commuinication wasn't the best. I've reached out with phone calls and emails and to find out they just showed up without any notice. They came out and fixed those problems that we pointed out, but when it rained, I noticed there was no water coming out from one of the downspouts. We found a lot of standing water inside the gutters, and we knew they were not pitched right. Another call and email were made, and communication was much better. They sent a different worker out and correctly pitched our gutters. I'm grateful they listened and got the job done correctly.BCI Exteriors, Inc.

It was a relatively simple roof repair and they handled it extremely well. Although this is my vacation home and I am not there most of the time, I met Kevin there one day. We went over the scope of the project. Then he went on the roof and confirmed where we both thought the leak was, made a temporary patch and said a crew would be there in 10 days which happened and everything is fine.BCI Exteriors, Inc.

Crew of approximately 9 persons arrived near 7:00 am. The supervisor previewed what would transpire . They spread tarps over the many bushes we have to protect them. We appreciated this but it turned out with the very hot day that the tarps absorbed heat that burned a few of the bushes. Not severe but noticeable. The crew worked very hard and efficiently. Took a 1/2 hour break for lunch then finished about 6:00. Clean up was very good. Was surprised there wasn't a single shingle left at the end of the day. I thought we would get a few in case needed for the future.Overall, we thought they did a very good job. They worked hard which was noticed by three neighbors. All three were impressed with work ethic especially with how hot it was and the efficiency they cleaned up at the end of the day. Would highly recommend BCIBCI Exteriors, Inc.

Very happy with my re-roofing project on my two-story home and garden shed in ********* done by BCI. Competitive price after obtaining estimates from two other NARI certified contractors in the area. BCI recommended ************************* Duration asphalt dimensional shingles which is what I had in mind already from Consumer Reports ratings. Removed and replaced my gutter covers without any issues. Big crew which allowed completion in one day - onsite supervisor was good communicator. Cleanup was very thorough and placed tarps down to protect landscaping. They used 'Equipter' motorized roofing buggy which I was a little concerned about for lawn but this proved to be a non-issue. I have been up on roof after install and while I am not a roofer everything looks nice a tidy.BCI Exteriors, Inc.

This is absolutely the best home improvement company I have ever had to deal with from beginning to end not a single complaint. They asked if I had any concerns before even get started. They were just wonderful. I would highly recommend them for any home. Improvement needs.BCI Exteriors, Inc.
