      Consider yourself warned, the ****** WESTconsin Credit Union and its management are highly unethical and engage in conduct that borders on illegal, if not actually illegal. They refuse to follow lawful court orders for financial records and transactions, and do not conform to accepted standards of conduct for a financial institution. As others have noted, they are dismissive of their clients and lack any customer service, particularly the branch manager who is brash and arrogant. Even closing an account they made into an ordeal. Sadly, they are neither honest nor honorable and my recommendation is to find another financial institution to do business.

      I had a very bad experience with the ****** office, specially the manager and assistant manager. My ex husband was encouraged to take the money in my HSA account. He was told that it was legal because he was listed as power of attorney on the account. I had gone to the office and asked to have him removed from everything but apparently the POA was never revoked. When I realized what had happened and contacted the assistant manager and then the manager they were both extremely snotty and dismissive, implying that I was stupid to have allowed this to happen. I had to get an attorney and suddenly they changed their attitude and then tried to be nice. I got my money back and closed my accounts. I voiced my displeasure with how I was treated and they just said they were sorry that I felt that way. I felt that way because of how they treated me. I had been a member for close to 40 years and clearly that means nothing.

      DO NOT BANK HERE 0R ANY ***.THEY SEEM TO BE WORKING FOR ONLINE SCAM ARTIST.The bank manager Refused to credit my debit card for 2 fraudulent charges. I went to the branch in person and the manager stated I had to wait 30 days for return of $ ****** and another of *****. I only authorized the $*****. This all happened in a 6 hour period of time.I withdrew all my cash and will be closing my account! *** REFUSED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS UNTIL 30 DAYS PASS.CORRUPTION AND FRAUD AT WESTCONSIN CTEDIT UNION ALL RIGHTS RESERVED OWNER FORCED TO SIGN AND GIVE ONE STAR.
